Introduction
The personal goal is something that needs to have an accumulated wealth in order to
mitigate the needs of a specific accomplishment. In case of an aspiring and current entrepreneur,
the process to set the goals needs to serve a blueprint that includes the methods for the
motivation of the success. These includes the accumulation of the wealth and then making them
become the first one when reaching the specific accomplishments.
Evaluation
Being a role model and identifying the various ways for improving the knowledge and
skills for professional development there is a need to keep few essential things in mind. The
knowledge can be improved only when they get proper training and make that in a regular
practice and also get back essential feedbacks (Huffman et al. 2014). I would make the training
in an integral part of the workshop, so that the course that is discussed has an article that can be
read and make that book observe something that excels having that skill. Improving the
communication skills that includes writing, speaking and also listening. I would like to develop
various ways by using skills like research and analytics. I would eventually improve my skills by
making an adaptation towards being more flexible. Improving the interpersonal ability will help
me communicate well with others and that will make me express my thoughts to those people. I
will enhance my ability to make several decisions related to problem solving. I will eventually
make a plan, prioritize it and make a full arrangement of it. I will also be solely responsible to
wear the multiple hats so that I can do all the things and carry them well in order to make the
level of the performance improved. Possessing a management and leadership skill is very
necessary.

Reflection
I have my personal work goals and that includes self-motivation as an important part. The
personal goals vary and it needs to be achieved. In order to make oneself feel properly motivated
there is a need to achieve and then help them spend some time in their life. I will be solely
responsible to make a strong correlation between personal goals, self-motivation and their
achievement. I often think about my personal goals in order to keep myself feel motivated and
achieve all the prospectus. The self-confident raises only when one puts step towards its
achievement. I have understood that my personal goals help me to provide long term directions
as well as short term motivations. I have realized that once I fail in something automatically my
self-confidence and esteem drops down and that ultimately affects my motivation and
achievement. The goal needs to be focused and I have worked real hard to work towards it. By
setting the focus of my personal goal, I can easily measure my achievements and make them
intact with the sights of my process. I have made my life goals defined clearly as well as updated
to the various circumstances that needs to change and eventually evolve myself as the most
powerful person that will help myself feel motivated.
Measurement
My performance with relation to the workplace contingency and contexts is all about
deploying the decision of a managed possible way with context to the unobservable factors. This
selection is primarily based on the various challenges that is disentangle in order to make the
effect of the workplace context in a more advanced way in terms of career (Moon 2013). I have
eventually made a level in the performance by marking the various levels of the contingencies.
There are various rules and regulations that needs to be abided in order to maintain the social

contexts (Moon 2013). I have made some rules that needs to be abided in order to prevail in the
organization in a better way.
Facilitating competing demands
In order to compete with the demands there is no scope for the achievement that can be
found on the personal levels. There is a need for achieving the personal goals that will help in
level of the performance. The demands must be put in a level of competition so that the fun
prevails and in a healthy way the competition grows. There is a need to ensure a proper
maintenance of the work life balance that will help in reducing the stress of the employees even.
Some of the step that has been taken by me includes tracking the time that is the present situation
in making a proper balance life. This balance will eventually serve as an eye opener and will help
in determining the range of the priority. I have made a track of the things that are important to
me that will help me in the level of the priority. I have also set a range of goals that will turn the
list of the priority into a measurable and a more concrete goal. There is a need to establish the
various boundary that are set in a more realistic and fair way and limits the things that will make
it work at my home even. Communication plays an important part in co coordinating with the
various supervisors and to some extent my family even. Initially I could not take out time for
myself but then I did it and also nurtured the various relationships that was becoming obsolete. I
always try to maintain this short technique to leave my work at office and never to bring that
home. I try to maintain a relaxed situation at home that helps to bring back my me time. Some
say that there is a need to work in a hardworking way, but I think it is much more relevant if the
work is done in a much smart way that will include a bit of the hard efforts. No work can be done
without hard work that can be seen.

Developing competency
Competency is something that will motivate or interests my employers to make a
presentable future and present (Huffman et al. 2014). I live with a level of uncertainty that
includes the interests and the future of the employees that will not build a career that is too
narrow in the level of competency. Throughout my working life it has been seen that there is a
successful completion of the various tasks that requires the multidisciplinary approach. Some of
the example of the useful skills that can be gained is the leadership, finance, business and the
various sales and marketing approaches. The ways through which I can develop my level of
competency is through the on job training and learning ways that is considered a level of
development in the competency. There is a need to participate on the various new projects or in
various working groups that will help me in the workplace. I have organized various seminars,
courses, conferences that will help in the benefits of the employers in the organization. My
knowledge will thus grow and become deep so that it looks different from the various angles.
Communicating and sharing the various expertise and their knowledge that will help in the level
of the expertise through the various groups that suffers from professionalism.
I would like to develop my level of technical competence through various ways by the
end of the year. I would also like to develop the level of my competence with the non-technical
people through various ways that will eventually help me and my employers. I need to make the
people develop the various skills that I potentially have and make those skills working in various
ways that will eventually help me in the level of the competency.
Conclusion
