With the rapid advancement of the association, conflicts between organizations are further
widening; the needs of the alumni sector are centered around grade and a greater focus on their
employability. To win over their competitors in the energy conflict, managers need to bring
graduates with a wide range of skills to the workplace, and they need highly talented
representatives to fulfill a wide range of jobs. So graduates entering the business world should
have what leaders need. To make ourselves riskier later in the job market, we should first find
out what employment skills the industry needs for graduates, at which point as indicated by the
recruiting skills doing individual SWOT analysis and making operational arrangements for
improve ourselves.
Employability skills requires by Employers
Employment skills are identified as skills that are needed not only to gain employment, but also
to advance within an enterprise to realize one's hidden skills and contribute effectively to titles
essential of large enterprises. Today, despite the degree, organizations are focusing more on
alumni recruitment skills, but employment skills are not on par with employment skills. The
employment skills that alumni should have depend on the actual working situation of the
organization and the different organizations have different directions. Through a wide range of
written analysis, the impact of the employability skills required by organizations is largely like
this and can usually be broken down into the eight key skills involved: Communication Skills,
Teamwork Skills, Problem solving skills, self - management skills, planning and co - ordination
skills, technological skills, lifelong building skills and enterprise and enterprise skills.

Personal SWOT Analysis
Once the employability needs of the organizations have been identified, I conduct a separate
SWOT analysis based on a real web-based meeting and self-assessment test.
Strengths
I have excellent collaboration and configuration skills. As you can see after my self-assessment
test, I have amazing details in human empowerment and empowerment. .

other people. I feel shy when talking to strangers.

Opportunities
I understand low maintenance work over the "future" of our school to gain new skills to update
my CV.
I am more employed than others in case I find out about working in the UK. 65% of managers

Conclusion
There is no doubt that a managers need a lot more from their alumni staff, they need
representatives who will benefit the organization and allow the organization to be in a powerful
position during the fierce conflict. Through an extensive study, I have summarized eight types of
employability skills that organizations typically need. I also did a separate SWOT review relying
on employment skills and a self-assessment test through the web and a real meeting that made
me more self-aware. After that I prepared for the activity for myself. I will stay on track and trust
that it will help me improve my employment skills after I finish. And I get a good job line in the
hard work market after I graduate.
