INTRODUCTION
Report plan refers to describe what is to be done, how is to be done to complete the
project on time and effective manner. Personal development planning refers to the activity that
creates an action plan which considers reflection, goal setting, planning for developing the
individual personality. It helps in reflecting the productive results that enhance the career
