I am a computer science engineer and personally wants to get into google.inc company.
it provides employees with a 401(k) plan rather than a defined benefit pension plan.. It also
allows employees to contribute up to 60 percent of their eligible compensation to the plan and
makes a matching contribution of up to $2,200 per year. In a world where the cost of medical
care is continuously rising, causing employers to scale back on benefits. Google provides all
types of medical facilities for the employee.
In my area of interest, Google has many job opportunities like ex. Software engineering
and many coding based job and there are many other department jobs are there like ex.
Finance, Business, and Operation, Marketing jobs are provided by Google.
. In my area of interest that i like coding and programming languages like Java, C, C++, and
python. Google itself working on the Python language which attracts me to apply for it.. In
Google also offers a Global Education Leave program, which enables employees to take a leave
of absence to pursue further education (Cerf, Olry and Duhamel, 2018).

Facebook is also American social media as well as Technology Company which has different
products such as messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp, Calibra and many more. It is the fastest
growing in field of technology which has different career opportunities in field of software
engineer, product manager and technical assistant. I want to build career in software engineer
due to full knowledge of respective profile which will help me to goal and objectives of business
in most effective manner. They follow equality culture and provide large number of benefits to
their employees and help them to enhance their skills and knowledge in most effective manner

for better results. It is customer oriented organisation as it focuses on problem solving of people

Microsoft is one of the largest multinational organizations in the world by providing different
types of products and services like computer software, electronics, personal laptop and computer
etc. Company has been running their business since 1975 and has been given employment to
more than 151000 employees worldwide (Our company, 2020). For a computer science graduate,
Microsoft is one of the ideal company to work with in the starting or in the middle of my
professional period as the environment teaches many aspects of professional as well as personal
life which will always assist me to grow. Junior software engineer jobs are the common job
opening in the mentioned company which I am looking as it suits my profile, skills and
capabilities. Most appealing factor in Microsoft is their working environment , for instance,
communication between high level employee and other employees are open so if they are facing
any problem or obstacle while working then they can easily talk to them and sort it out before it
creates any problem for company. By this way, employees motivation and potential remains high
resulting in higher production (Floden, Stephens and Scherer, 2020).

and selling computer software, online services, electronic. The different profile jobs are available
at Apple such as junior engineer, software engineer, assistant and many more. I want to build my
career in software engineer because it is the organization which care more about their employees

and stick towards achievement of mission and vision. It is the best platform to grab opportunities
and build career in respective profile. The natures of employees working in Apple are very
friendly and helpful. I can see my bright future in respective firm and attain success and growth
in most effective manner. Salary package of organization is very high for both fresher and
experienced. I have good skills in computer science so I can get job in software profile and build
my career successfully (Gaikhorst and et al., 2019).

In the present time, IBM is one of the biggest companies in the revenue-generating and I.T.
product manufacturing company (Inside IBM, 2020).
IBM’s career opportunity is very vast because of the company developing a very high
production. IBM is also using the Linux operating system. IBM offers software development and
hardware developing jobs for I.T. field. As I am a computer engineer IBM offers me various
types of career. Software developing job is very highly recommended in IBM and I.T. field jobs
are also available in IBM like products ram, ATM machine, and computer. Work culture is very
good at IBM and high perks also attracts me for this company (Manley, 2018). There is hardly
any job risk in this organization due to less institutional risk and favourable goodwill in the
market.
