INTRODUCTION
The continuous professional development refers to a practise which is being used to
describe the learning task that used by professional to enhance their personal capabilities
(Hariyati and Safril, 2018). With the help of this development process the things are competent
in the particular trade. CPD uses to make sure that the individual who is using this will able to
enhance its skills and knowledge or not with latest updation. This report will evaluate the
reflection for the particular module which assist in development of different academic skills and
employability. The reflection is presented by using Gibb's model of reflection in effective
manner.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
Gibb's reflective model is a reflective model which assist to structure to learn from the
experiences. With the help of this model the past experiences is examining effectively (Gottlieb
and et. al., 2020). My experiences are effectively explained with the help of this framework. My
experiences from the presentation can be defined with this.
Description: I was involved in the presentation module in which there are different teams are
developed to present the particular manner. In the presentation there are different tasks in which
different team have to present their assign topics (Ong And et. al., 2019). I also worked in a team
where I have to present the detail critically regarding the topic in front of audience. I have never
involved in such kind of presentation so that present is become one time ever opportunity for me.
I also get the chance to speak my thought and ideas related to the particular topic. The
presentation which is given by my team have different type of information which are critical and
some are literature reviews are also used for different authors. All the people who are in my team
are trying to perform their best and I also tried to put best of my potential to contribute more. I
have to learn different skills and knowledge related to the presentation, so I was involved in this
module presentation. When I was working in this presentation I came to know about the skills
which are being used in the module and manner to perform in the team.
Feeling: In this presentation my task is comparatively difficult because the collection of data
which is going to present in the presentation is a hard task (Vansteelandt And et. al., 2020).
When the task is not done before this I found there is lot of work to perform by the company. My

thoughts are totally different from now before I was thinking that my working is acceptable or
not, the data which discovered is relevant or not. I thought the task is being very hard so while
think for the presentation collection I also frustrated. Yet I am involved with some motivation
which assist me to perform my best. In starting time is am quiet scare to perform the task but
when I got involved with my best potential then things are effectively done in the task. After the
presentation I get satisfied from my performance in task (Othman and et. al., 2020). There are
lots of people who are motivated towards the task whereas other are demotivated as well. Now I
think I can also perform better in that presentation because now my knowledge and skills get
improved more.
Evaluation: After knowing about the feeling I have to evaluate the work and also identify the
things which are not effectively done. while involved in this presentation my team members are
highly dedicated and all are trying to perform best at every stage. Some people are not able to
understand the process and also being disappointed and not performed well. In the presentation I
have effectively work and collect the information which is being needed according to the topic.
The teams are not having a healthy competition they are not communicating with each other
properly. When this presentation is going to be done before this I have hardly done my work in
research and find the aspects in critical manner (Pieper and et. al., 2020). My teammate also
performed well in presenting the topic in front of people who are watching the presentation. The
people working with me also trying to work with maximum corporation and also trying to
coordinate with each other.
Analysis: In this step of gibb's model I have to explain that the thing which I have undertaken
are effective. In this module the work is being divided into subdivision to provide a clear path to
each one who is working on this project. I have also got the work as per my knowledge and skills
available in me. I also find the work more suitable because it is matching my strength and
quality. With the help of this division lots of time is being saved and work is being effectively
done in that presentation. I also undertaken the case study and literature reviews of different
aspect related to the presentation topic. As my communicate skills is effective so it helps me to
do my task more quickly with this I also coordinate with others in better manner. In the situation
my critically thinking skills is also being used while finding the information about the topic.

writing the findings (Hussein, 2018). Many in my team are managing their own performance and

that the researching skills are required for searching relevant information about the data. When I
will learn and use more of information communication technology then it becomes easy to
capture the audience because people are more attracted towards the information technology used
by the people in the particular task.
Action plan: when I will go to work in the group next time then I will firstly discuss the strength
and weaknesses they have. With this the team is being more motivated and know each other

focus on team working and time management because in the past presentation task I was less

information communicate techniques to reach the targeted people in the particular time frame. I
