CHALLENGES OF STUDYING BUSINESS
MANAGEMENT
Business management refers to aggregation of the organisational business
functionalities, where it concerns with better and efficient management of business
properties. In such business managers plays a responsible task to assign proper task
to employee and to manage the resources so that better outcomes can be reached. As
for the student perspective there are different challenges which they encounter during
studying of this business management subject:
 Adjusting with new surroundings: In most of the cases students moves to enrol
in business school depending on their course in which they enrol. Where most of
the students select the place which is far away from their home location, thus it
simply means they will be experiencing new environment, new culture.
 Interacting with new people: Before entering into the business school it is
obvious that student must had a social group where they interact with their
friends, family. However, when they arrive in business school they face difficulty
in developing relationship with others as well as they feel nervousness to
communicate with others.

 Scheduling: Business management students has to deal with lots of stuff where
sometimes they look more exhausted while balancing their personal and academic
life. They have to do lots of scheduling during an academic day, for an instance
students have three classes in a same day whereby they also have the assignment
attached with it thus it affects their physical as well as mental health.
 Closing remarks: Business school, provides the lots of opportunities to student to
improvise their lives by making better career and to reserve suitable position within
a recognized organization. However, it needed a student to be committed to their
academic work, there are certain challenges associated with it that are not being
listed, but individual must need to find better approach to manage them to get
higher slot in their academics.
 Balancing academic study with other aspects of life: Business student more likely
to be indulged in their learning, while they also have their daily life as well outside
of the educational settings which they must require considering.

is required for the student to pay in order to attend course. Where students have to
deal with lots of expenses, even though some students request for granting the
education loan and some students enters with certain scholarship but there are
other expenses as well which is required to be considered. Some expenses involve
rent, food, and other utilities, where in most of the cases students also do the part-
time jobs for meeting their financial needs.

Academic skills are crucial and plays a significant role where it helps in maximizing the
productivity and success of students within educational settings. Professional
development assist in developing the additional skills that works efficient in career life, it
has greater importance in life where one can proceed to make their better career and to
focus on their further achievements.
 Significance of Academic Skill Development: Beyond helping the student in earning
better outcomes in academic credential, they can also enter into the workplace and
various skills are also movable to the work station. Examples of the academic skills
involves written and verbal communication, listening, technical literacy, data analysis
