PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

• The self-awareness level is a very important
component for the growth of the individuals in the
business environment in the contemporary times.
• I have it in my mind that it is indeed too difficult
to succeed in the modern day global businesses
(Zepeda 2013).
• I have experienced the fact that I must be able to
enhance my skills to be the leader in whatever I
do.

• In my first job I was not able to understand the
nature of the work and I could not adjust with the
several leadership issues within my organization.
• This was the reason I had to leave that job and
find a new one amidst the motivation to do well
further.
• I knew that I had to cope up with the several
difficulties to survive in the competitive business
environment.

• The unemployment rates have been increasing all
through the days in the last few years.
• This is why I will have to be very much cautious about
my approach to get the jobs (Patrick and Kumar 2012).
• I will always have to show my seniors that I am
willing to learn the new things and adapt to the
difficult changing conditions.
• Thus my development of the professional career could
be made easier.

• In order to be successful in my professional career it
would require me to be the be very much
communicative and improve my technical skills so I
can be the best one in the company (Zepeda 2013).
• I will have to be informed about all sorts of the
technological advancement within the organization.
• I have been very much enthusiastic about the retail
industry altogether. This would require me to do
much study work (Canas and Sondak 2013).

• It is indeed very important to build the effective
professional networks within the organization to
improve the service quality in the best ways.
• I have understood that it is very important to keep a
good relationship between the employees and the
managers.
• If I can satisfy the needs of the customers and the
expectations of the managers, I will surely progress
towards the professional development positively. This
will motivate me (Guffey and Loewy 2012.).

• The need of mentors is very important to succeed in the
contemporary business environment.
• I came across a person in my university days who was
our professor for the Finance and Marketing
management.
• He has always provided me with the thorough strength
and motivation that I would ever need to succeed.
• He has always taught me the art of never giving up in
the most difficult of situations. His teachings have
always benefitted on my side to be successful.

• In the professional business and workplace
communication, the fact of trust of trust is always very
important.
• If the employers do not have the proper trust on the
subordinate employees it will be very much problematic
for the organizations as well (Bovee and Thill 2012).
• I have foil faith and trust on my seniors. I am sure that
they rely on me as well.
• This mutual reliance and cooperation will improve the
productivity of the organization (Keyton et al. 2013).

• The committing of mistakes within the workplace will
be very much fatal for the organizations.
• I will have to be very much cautious when I go on to
complete the works given to me by my seniors and
supervisors.
• The good relationship with the managers will surely
motivate me to work harder within the spheres of the
organization (Bovee and Thill 2012).
• I will have to rectify my mistakes for the betterment of
my professional careers.

• The personal development program is one of the most
important factors to improve my skills and capabilities
in the retail sector.
• Some of the vocational courses will surely enable me to
develop my communication skills.
• Once I can learn to communicate well, this will
empower me to identify my strengths and weaknesses.
• I should always thrive to eradicate the factors of

2012). This will be helpful for me largely.
