Working as an assistant in Travelodge Hotel in Ilford, it finds a range of options for visitors that
intend to seek accommodation. As already a Personal development plan is identified in task 2, it
is vital now to discuss on the activities, which are required for implementation of the plan. At
first, there is a need to decide the aspects given in the table below.
Key Activities Description
Decide timeframe It is important to allocate and divide time for the chosen activity of the
effective implementation plan such that development can be finalised
within a specified timeframe at Travelodge hotel.
Assessing knowledge and skills This stage requires the knowledge and skills that needs to be identified
with activities to develop them for the assistant in Travelodge hotel.
Learning strategies It needs a purpose that has to be availed for proper implementation for
a development plan, so that adopting new line of strategies can be
done (Janssen et al. 2013).
Learning resources Some of the learning sources may be available, as it helps to develop
the skills, so that implementation of the plan could prove effective.
Getting the feedbacks A proper feedback method helps in working out the activities of the
stage of evaluation (Beausaert et al. 2013).
