Therefore I am joining in the various training campaigns arranged by Travelodge hotel
authorities. In those campaigns are providing some efficient communication tools to use so that
learners can understand the ways to use it in the workplace (SzczepaĆska-Woszczyna and
Kurowska-Pysz, 2016). Additionally, I am focusing on the leadership skills which help me to
execute any tasks with proper team management. This skills also helps me to motivate
employees to finish the provide tasks within the given time range and serve better to the clients.
