engaging in participating development classes for a month time period. The further areas for
improvement is collaborative working skills which can be improved through engaging in training
and learning sessions in which trainers motivate us to work in a group. In order to develop this
skill, different queries of analytical skills has been resolved. Lack of time management skills
restrict me to complete task within allotted time period. To enhance such skill, I need to divide
the tasks in small interval of time where I will set standards for myself and analyse if I can
complete delegated task within pre-determined time period. Also, monitor as well as supervise
the my activities on regular basis so that efficiency can be increased and from that if any kinds of
problems identified then it should be corrected immediately. I prefer the group study so that
various individuals have different ideas and thoughts which assist me to enhance my knowledge
and skills more appropriately. I also, consults with experts, team members, line manager,
professional in order to develop knowledge in case any situation occurs with activities then how
to deal with that. With the help of some informal networks and the tutorials skills can be

maximised and activities of document development can be performed effectively as well as
efficiently.
3.3 Reflect critically on learnings against original aims and objectives in development plan.
Every people have some aims and target that they want to achieve as soon as possible.
Even I had some objectives and aims but for that there were some areas where I still need to
work a lot. Areas like working skills, analytical skills and time management required my most of
the time as these area still need lots of improvement (ten Cate and et. al., 2015). Although I had
engage my self in these activities but they were not up to the standard of satisfaction. If these
skills can be improved on time then it will help me, in my personal and professional life.
As, lots of hard work had to be done and for identifying the level of improvement I had
set the criteria of 100% . From total criteria I had already achieved some percentage and
remaining need to be attain. To achieve remaining percentage of analytical skill, working skills I
must attain personality development classes. To support my answer the best example can be
taken as I had developed my skills upto 60% and in future I need additional 40% to meet the
criteria. In same way all others area for improvement can be compared. Here, I will decide the
number of days in which I need to complete my task. In this process I will need the help of my
seniors, colleagues and even in some of the case family member too, who can judge me
according to my past and present performance. I required to attend seminars and conferences
which help in developing my communication skill. For make improvement in this skill, I
required to take suggestion from the colleagues and senior managers so that I can easily reach
with goals and targets. Also, I attended some of the online tuitions and seminars so that I can
acquire more knowledge as well as upgrade my skills effectively through this some percentage of
skills can be attained. I had to responds to the feedback so that I could get to know about my
weakness and try to improve that, recognise my strengths in order to work accordingly. Also
make effective plans so that objectives can be accomplished successfully.
3.4 Updating development plan based on feedback and evaluation.
