INTRODUCTION
Understanding each other is an important term which shows essential capabilities of
person which he or she utilizes at premises. Indeed, in this assignment, various skills are
described which are used by me and in which some improvisation is required. Thus, I can easily
manage entire work and along with this face many circumstances in an effective manner. Hence,
if I use numerous methodologies then an individual will enhance self awareness and in addition
self confidence (Kietzmann and et. al., 2011). Instead of this, in this report, reflective journal is
presented which will be helpful for a person to increase his/her learning abilities. Alongside this,
it is like a prominent tool to improve the capabilities and dimensions. Finally, if I want to know
my strength as well as weakness then I have to conduct SWOT investigation.
TASK
Reflective Journal: It can be utilized by many students so that they can easily maintain
their individual records, as a result they will achieve best experience and along with this, it will
assist them in their future. Indeed, it will aid them, to enhance their self understanding by
observing many facets, therefore they can improve their knowledge with different situations.
Hence, they can easily achieve their professional and in addition personal targets and goads
within provide period of time. In a person, there are several skills and capabilities are present,
which can utilized by him to manage as well as control entire company (Baron-Cohen, Tager-
Flusberg and Lombardo, 2013). So that, if there is an enhancement in their knowledge then it
will much efficient for firm and along with this staff members at working environment. Thus, it
is must for me to determine my attributes as well as knowledge and as a result, I can easily
manage or organise entire work in an adequate way through considering applicable facts.
Pro – forma of communication skills
As per this, an individual has to be much interactive with their team members, colleagues
as well as top level management, while he is doing his work. Along with this, with assistance of
proper communication, person can easily transfer appropriate data as well as information to
many people and as a result, it will assist to eliminate obstructions. If manager wants to share
essential data with their employees then they can use communication procedure and it will also
aid them in their judgement process. Additionally, if staff members are communicating with the
top level authority, then they have to respect them (Chourabi and et. al., 2012).

If a person is a good listener then he will be a great writer. Along with this, if a person listens
other in an appropriate and effective way, then it will assist them to eliminate obstacles which
will be faced by them during conversation time (Personal Development and Self Development
Skills, 2017). Proper communication skills represent smoothness of an individual that how he or
she is doing in association. Instead of this, if there is an appropriate conversation then people
can easily transfer data and information to each other without any disturbances.
I am good in speaking with others, thus I can give command to other individuals effectively.
Along with this, my writing skills are also good which is useful in transferring information to
right individuals within a minimum time span (Hallinger and Heck, 2011). Hence, message
which is transferred to other people is much adequate as well as appropriate.
My foremost disadvantage is that I do not know the way to write an impressive article. Thus, I
have to overcome from this issue and for the same, I have to do my work within stipulated
timeframe. As a result, it will provide growth and success to the enterprise. Apart from this, it
can be a major hazard for me also.
Pro – forma of leadership skill
If an individual has quality of being a leader then he or she can set an effective position in
the market. Along with this, they can achieve their set targets and objectives in an efficient way.
An appropriate knowledge aids them to maintain a balance amongst people (Kulkarni and et. al.,
2013). Additionally, leader has to develop proper communication in between top level and the
lower level. Instead of this, pioneers are those individuals who inspire their group members and
thus, they can attain objectives within minimum time and in addition, it improves their abilities
and knowledge.
The best leader caters motivation to people so that they can do their work in an effective
way. Along with this, to improve administrative ability, I can use various management
approaches as it will assist to fulfil the targets and goals in a proper manner. Hence, they can
complete their task and work in a proper way. If in organisation, there is any problem arise, then
it has to be resolved by the leader. As a result, they can attain their set objectives within a
suitable period of time.

Leadership abilities assist to provide the way to their staff members and in addition show
the best suitable route. Along with this, leader gives advice to employees and thus, they can use
all resources adequately without any wastage (Edvardsson, Tronvoll and Gruber, 2011). They
have to accomplish all ethical rights which are essential for them and therefore, they can provide
positive surroundings to their workers. As a result, they can produce items and services in the
best quality. Additionally, it will help in growth and advancement to the organisation.
Instead of this, leadership abilities are prominent for an individual and thus, he or she can
manage the enterprise in an effective manner. Along with this, pioneer has to keep patience and
hence, he or she can easily tackle their subordinates and complete their task within minimum
time span.
I have skill of taking initiative and along with this, I support all my colleagues in their work. As
a result, they will do their work within provided time without creating disputations. I am doing
my work with continuous improvements and in addition creatively. It will aids my organisation
to enhance market share and can easily compete with their competitors at marketplace
(Dingemanse, Dochtermann and Nakagawa, 2012).
All these skills will be helpful for me in the future as it helps me to attain goals and
targets within appropriate time span. Along with this, I can easily deal with all the issues in a
proper way.

Obstructions as well as barriers are not certain; it can happen in anyone's life. Hence, it is
essential for people to improve the problem solving abilities which will be advantageous for a
person as he or she can easily remove problems which can affect their success. This capability is
important for people as with assistance of it, they can remove blockage as well as problems.
Along with this, it will helps them to determine the issues. Primarily, a person wants to measure
all difficulties and in addition, he wants to do enquiry about every people's problems that what is
going on in their lives. In this manner, it is essential to overcome from all obstructions which can
affect the growth and development of company (Pavlou and El Sawy, 2011). As a result, they
will achieve their desired goals and along solve all problems in an effective and efficient manner.

for me to improve my skills, knowledge as well as learning. As a result, I can complete my work
effectively and efficiently.

Instead of all this, my foremost strength is that I know the way to react on adverse
circumstances and hence, I can control hazards. Along with this, I am always ready to face all
kinds of problems as well as challenges which can be developed while I am performing my duty.
Weaknesses:
When I embrace administrative ability then I am facing numerous issues which is not
much easy to handle at a same time. Thus, various problems as well as disputes will arise.
Leaders who are having commitments and also duty is not much easy to perform. Thusly, if there
ought to be an event of disillusionment whole obligations will be mine. By using right as well as
unwieldy information some part or some basic information will got miss due to high work stack.
