Introduction
A proper management in an organization helps in maintaining and developing the
company in the market. An efficient manager in a business organization help in providing and
setting proper goals for the team and the management.
This report deals with the work of a manager of ABC Company for developing the
company in the market. This assignment contains two parts. In the first part, the basic duties of a
manager have been provided including business plans and goals of the organization. The
organization policies and procedures are mentioned in the assignment. Various KPIs o the
organization have been discussed in the report.
In the second part, maintenance and developing of the professional competence have
been described. Personal assessment and professional development plan have been developed in
this part. Different personal competencies including family members, friends, clients and
supervisors have been described in the report.

1. As a manager of ABC Company, I have various responsibilities and duties for the
development of the company in the market. My job is to maintain and manage my employees
and management of the company in order to complete goals and objectives of the company in the
market. The allocation of the job and tasks to the employees according to their skills and

to be followed by the manager of the company. Setting up goal priority for personal development
helps in enhancing personal skills and knowledge regarding maintaining the whole team. The

the working environment of a company helps in understanding the gaps in the management of
