QUESTION 1
SFIA framework is an essential tool in the ICT profession skill and sets required to work at a certain level
of responsibility. The SFIA framework is used all over the world for assessing job requirements in specific
roles by organizations, (Costa and Santos, 2017.pp 726). Also, the SFIA enables the individuals to
evaluate themselves typical job requirements. It homogenizes behavioural skills, professions skills and
knowledge to high-tech and practical framework.
In organizations, the SFIA has enabled to determine the level of responsibility for the particular job
position required. It also helps the individuals know their level of job position needed to add their skills
sets. The SFIA provides a clear job description for companies and to make sure the right candidates are
applying for the proper role.
ICT practitioners use it for professional development. Also, the individuals get to find out their true
potential and objectives for the future growth of their personality and skill sets. Based on SFIA results,
organizations can measure their employee's capabilities and engage them in activities that suite them.

Now that I have read and understood the professional skills within the SFIA framework, I would change
my review and highlight my achievements and make them seem like a path to somewhere. Highlighting
my accomplishments in the resume will make it easy for the potential employer to assess my skill sets to
the job requirement.

SFIA defines seven levels of responsibility based on generic attributes. Therefore based on my
personality, I believe I suite well in level 4.This is because my autonomy validate my liability, and I can
work independently to meet the expectations and objectives of the potential customers. I work as a
customer service attendant at seven eleven, and this has enabled me to prove my influence to
customer. I can perform a wide range of complex issues in the ICT area based on my complexity. I
believe my business skills are also aligned since I can competently select methods and tools.
