INTRODUCTION
Reflection is a term that describes an individual's overall development and self-esteem. It helps
individuals to analyse key technologies that reflect specific areas of need for proper growth and
development. It helps in identifying the different areas where development is needed more.
Personal development helps in increasing the confidence level of the employees so that they can
perform their task more effectively. This report focuses on appropriate skills related to potential
employment skills such as communication, research skills, teamwork, time management,
problem solving skills etc. (Sydorenko, 2020).
MAIN BODY
Reflection
The reflection model in this report involve model of Gibbs in which 6 stages is included in order
to examine possible analysis of skill so that I can enhance my overall skill. This models helps in
increasing the skills of the individual so that goals of the person can be achieved effectively.
There are various stages in which individual gain new experiences through which they can
perform effectively in the assigned task there are also some weak points which has to be
analysed by the individual so that it can be improved on time. This is one type of ideal model in
which it include isolated reflection and systematic feeling. Here are six stages that is mention
below in reflection of Gibbs model (Hartley, 2019).
Description- Individuals do not arrive at effective conclusions and prefer to classify and
describe in detail appropriate situations, events, and behaviors at this point. It asks a few
important questions: what happened, who was involved, what did you do yourself, other
activities, and the results of the work you did. These aspects represent when my colleagues and I
are working on projects like this one. This is related to the significant growth of the company in
prominent fields. In this stage I examine my existing skill with proper flow of judgement in order
to evaluate actual form of conclusion. I work upon my skill set so that it will generate more
option of career development. The skill like communication, research, ICT, time, self

management along with problem solving skill. I my ultimate objective of my career is related
with updating skill to achieve career goal.
Feeling- In this stage it will leads to cover more feeling with analysis my situation to examine
skill set. As per analysis I reflect upon my emotional response to examine skill set experience.
This will reflect upon proper arrangement of action to improve skill of communication, time
management, problem solving skill. These are most essential skill for career advancement. I need
to get permission from my colleagues and effectively demand that they work according to their
level of motivation. Besides, I feel that I have said very much. Most teams do not understand that
they are doing their best to achieve their overall success in terms of achieving successful goals
by providing the right information. It causes confusion among team members who do their best
to communicate with group members (Miles, 2019).
Evaluation- This phase effectively describes the appropriate evaluation of the overall experience
for outstanding approaches and how to work on the implementation of the appropriate
assessment in this event and describe the outstanding contribution. It effectively describes an
important aspect of the correct implementation of the right things that are appropriate to the
quality of the data and the general knowledge appropriate to my colleagues, if there are good
results. In addition, because of my digital skills and data, I have a lot of protruding and
completed projects, which means that I can lose your belief in your lower ability. In addition, the
ability between my individuals and communications as well as my problem knowledge in
relation to the project was evaluated, which is well preserved due to the understanding and
cooperation of my employees, which demonstrated the constructive behavior in terms of
important goals and goals in a short time. Together with this, it leads to show that I am very good
to study management skills and time management, very useful for me to manage and complete
goals my case for my colleagues, this is useful for me to make everything clear for me To make
my mind and expect them to make effective measurements effective at the time of efficiency
(Saulsberry, 2017).
This stage also reflect upon my sense of good and bad experience, based upon my value
judgement I consider my good experience in improving my communication, research, problem
solving skill. I enhance these skill with help of my regular personal development plan. It
effectively represents what's important in terms of doing the right thing. This indicates the

overall quality of data and knowledge provided to colleagues in an appropriate way, given good
results.
Analysis- This stage considered my situation analysis, skill of time and self management and
problem solving skill is hard to difficult to enhance my these skill because require more skill of
expertise of my senior experience that will guide my to update my skills so that I can easily
achieve my career objective. My time management and team management skills are average.
This will ensure that the entire task is completed on time and that you have a good relationship
with your manager on any potential task or project. Also, the quality of my contacts is effective
in gaining the trust and trust of my colleagues. This is useful for the organization in that it retains
colleagues for a long time (Ristina, 2019).
Conclusion- As per overall conclusion skill set of communication. team working, time and
management is much easier to update or improve as compare to other skill such as research, ICT
and networking because it require more expertise in terms of gaining skill and knowledge with
help of expertise from senior management staff. They help me and provide proper guidance in
order to enhance overall skill set which is essential for the career growth. Developing the skills
will helps in proving me more opportunities in the future because in every industry skills is
required more so that target of the business can be achieved more effectively.
Personal action plan- This is the final stage of the Gibbs model that reflect my proper personal
action plan. This will provide my appropriate direction to improve my overall plan of career
growth and skill. It will boost the chance of more career opportunity at very large scale (Carrillo,
2018).

Skills required to be improved I must work upon problem solving and ICT
skill because this will enhance my chance of

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been analysed that developing the skills of the individual is very
important so that growth chances can be increased. developing skills of the individual helps in
creating the positive image of the individual infront of other due to which they get more
opportunities to develop their career with the helps of gibs models individual can easily analyse
their skills which they have learned and the areas where they have to work more so that overall
growth can take place effectively.
