SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH
I feel that one of my strength that I have
developed is interpersonal skill. I am quite
comfortable in speaking with the patients
and engaging them in friendly conversation
while trying to know their ailments at the
same time. Interpersonal skill is indeed
very much needed for the proper
maintaining of this profession. This is
because of the fact that dealing with the
disabled patients indeed needs some
specific. Interpersonal skills (Muralidhar &
Karthikeyan 2016).. I try to ease them down
through my conversation and then try to
know about their problems. I also make
sure that i provide them both medical and
emotional support as well.
WEAKNESS
Time management skill is one of my
weaknesses that I need to work upon.
Being a perfectionist I often slow down at
some point of time while making haste in
some other point of time (Catherwood et
al.,2015).. This often creates several errors
in the work. In order to deal with the
disable patients, time management skill is
of utmost importance. Proper and timely
actions are to be taken for the proper
treatment of the disable patients (Federici &
Borsci 2016).

OPPORTUNITIES
One of my good opportunities is the
problem solving skill (Kuo et al., 2016). I am a
perfectionist and I know how to solve the
problems and get the work done with
accuracy. Problem solving skill is one of my
advantages. Hence, i m must work on it
and nurture it to my fullest potential
(Chaudhary, Peddoju & Peddoju, 2016).
THREATS
One of the areas that I need to improve in
is the ability to work in a team. I often
suffer from lack of patience and lose my
temper over my team mates (Muralidhar &
Karthikeyan 2016).. This is something that I
must avoid. I must know how to deal with
each and every aspect with proper
patience. Moreover disable people are the
ones who need special care and attention.
Hence, i need to keep my cool and
maintain my patience while dealing with
them (Picazo, 2013).
