in which SWOT analysing techniques is used. This technique help in identifying skills, qualities
as well as opportunities personals have. It also useful in recognizing their weakness.

experience as well as attending events and through training and development session for enhance
the skills individual need to analyse their own strength weakness opportunity and threat which

multinational organization but due to this
