In my specialization area, I more focused on the quality assurance and that’s why I
chose many methods of performing the task of quality assurance. I used self-assessment
review method because I found that this is one of the most common method which helps me
to assure my quality. As it provides me the chances of regular check my own performance.
On the other hand, quality improvement should include sharing with peer observation,
quality improvement plan, in-service training, personal development and creating
opportunities for promotion.
I understand that quality improvement is crucial and that’s why I used peer
observation in order to improve quality of my teaching. With the help of peer observation,
they provide me the right opinion of my job and performance.
Speaker notes: The quality cycle is considered an important improve my model which is
based on the four important stages that are plan, do, check and act. It is used for every quality
project which is undertaken to ensure the best possible results. In education, it can be possible
by responding to the feedback from students, implementing change and evaluation,
identification of the opportunities for change, measuring the impact of change, student
surveys, etc.

I used the quality cycle so that I will be able to check the quality of performance and
do changes where it need. I also used self-assessment technique as it provides me the
opportunity to change or modify any process in my teaching so that I will be able to provide
the inclusive practice.

maintain the quality and that's why they are always required to evaluate a learning program
which provides an overview that what is going on in the learning programs. Effective
evaluation is found to be the key to ensuring more learning programs in the future for the
education sector. Evaluation of a learning program can be done with the help of many ways
but it is very important to execute the learning program according to the plan. Learning
programs can be evaluated by focus groups, learner surveys, team reviews, and formal and
informal feedback from the learner, to check the meeting expectations conducted an early
review, reactive in the process of responding to a concern, meeting targets, on the program
for ensuring the satisfaction, lunar achievement records, identify the opportunities for action
planning and value-added rates.
Business management is my specialization areas and in the learning program, it is
necessary for me to evaluate the learning programs so that I will be able to provide the best
quality of learning and training to the students. I used different methods of evaluation of

learning programs. Is used to take feedbacks so that I get to know that my students will learn
the business management concept of not. It is not only necessary for my own specialization
area but it is crucial for each and every type of area. The above evaluation helps me to
understand the point of view of the learner towards the learning program of business
management.
Speaker notes: These are the multiple ways which help to evaluate the outcomes and
identify the areas for improvement. When an individual has identified the areas for
improvement with the help of evaluating the outcomes in the learning program then it
becomes to remove the deviation from the learning program which enhances the quantity of
the learning program.
For example, I identified that the learning program of business management is found
to be used a tough language which is not easily understood by the audience. I analyzed that
the language which I used to explain business management is not understand by the students.
In addition to this, I also found the areas of improvement in time management. So with the
help of the evaluation of the learning program, a teacher is able to identify the areas for
improvement and they will take individual action in order to solve that problem or improve
the areas.
