achieving the goal of company with the help of their speaking skills (Ulanoff, and et. al. 2017).
Spontaneity: This is another important quality in front of organisation through which

It will help in effectively analysing the best, accurate and clear answers from the interviewee
which help organisation in selecting a right candidate for their vacant post (Toft, and Calhoun,

Weaknesses
Time consuming: It is analysis that interview process will consume a lot of precious time
of organisation. Other than this it is quite difficult for company to select a right candidate and
