Introduction
Aviation risk management provides the impression of being single idea that is attained
for actual practice in cyclic process. Risk management helps in identifying as well as placing
control in aviation safety management. Hence, understanding of risk management is important
for aviation industry. Present study deals with the present engineering business environment as
well as organizational structure of Delta Aviation, an Aircraft Service organization. Logistics and
supply chain management, process of dealing with supply chain and ensuring buy-in from the
suppliers are described in the study. In addition, the engineering management tools required to
design an engineering services and delivery plan for aviation sector, evaluation of the delivery
plan encounters the requirements of aviation sector are discussed in the present paper. Any
emergencies that might prevent success of the delivery plan for Delta Aviation is evaluation in
the study. On the other hand, the steps for effective persuasion as well as negotiation, the steps to
manage effective group meetings and delivering effective presentation and the steps of delivering
plan developed encounters the needs of a sector is discussed along with personal commitment to
professional standards as well as obligations to society.

report the selected company is the Delta Aviation. As it is an airline company so the
organizational structure is depend of the size of the airline. Mainly the industry of the airline is

of the activities of the engineering activities. There are three essential elements for the successful
management of activities of the management of the engineering. The organizational structure of
the organization includes general manager as head of the position. On the other hand, purchase
office, sales office and office manager have the responsibility to manage the positions. The
managers take care of and monitor all operations in the organization.
The first one is the design of the overall architecture of the engineering activities, the
second one is the design of the subsystem and the third and the last one is the construction
system of the engineering activities. It is the duty of the manager of the engineering management
to assign specific people for the each task. The people whom the tasks are allocated must have
the required skill to do the job effectively and efficiently so that the management of the
engineering will get success eventually, which is mentioned as subsystem. For every
management there are issues that are generated so it is the duty of the manager of the engineering
activities to mitigate those challenges for successfully implementing the activities of the. In the
