outcomes (Asplund, 2020). Present report has been conducted on the issues and factors that can
have impact upon successful management of project. Along with this challenges and issues are
determined that has been faced in present project alone with strategy. In addition to this project
includes social responsibilities in engineering profession along with their importance of
continuing professional development.
