each other and everybody should take control if a company wants to keep their
environment working. Company is the reflection of society and if employees are
doing best for their company then they will definitely do best for their society and
keep their society neat and clean. If people are working professionals then they should
know that they have to face the issues because there is not only one person who is
working with them there are lots of people working for the same cause. Then it is very
obvious that they can meet with some kind of problem or issue in their way which
they don’t want to face. It is very difficult for anyone to handle a bunch of people
whose thinking is going in the opposite direction.
In this study, there has been an analysis conducted on the legal, professional,
employment, and social, personal, intrinsic and many other parts which have been
discussed by the main character of the study Alex, Richard and Sophie. For every type
of culture it is very important for the people who are living in that culture to know
about the problems which they can face, so that they can be very accurate in making
their plan for the future. The final result of this study is that it will help the
professional and social people about the problems which they may face and how to
fight with those problems in a very effective and efficient manner.

In this case study, there is Richard and Alex who were boss and employee
respectively. They were having some issues of payment because Richard was not
giving Alex or other employees their payment which is very bad and unprofessional
because if employees are working for the company then it is the duty of the company
to pay them as much as they deserve. It is necessary for every type of company to
understand that how much important a payment keeps in the life of an employee.
Without payment nobody wants to work because to live in this world money is
important if someone is working to earn money then their employers should provide

of every employee who is working with full dedication and dignity so they deserve
their payment on time without any problems and cuts in their salary. Richard was the

of the company will not work properly then how someone can expect from the

So, Alex decided to start a new company with Sophie and they were about to marry

Alex had braked the law by using the same rules and regulation
as used by Richard’s company and it I also very unethical. This
act was such an illegal act that Alex could have been sent to jail
because Alex violated the law and rules of the company law

working for their profits and benefits. All the member of the
company should keep this thing in mind that it is not lawful as
per the company law and it is a very offensive act if attempted
by any person. Alex who was ditched by Richard was also
doing the same to the employees of the company and did not
give them their salary for a longer period of time. It can also be
said as the act of stealing the ideas or the rules of other
companies and stealing is itself a crime. Everybody knows that
breaking the law can get any person or employee into serious
trouble and can also be sent jail for this act which is very
