Introduction
Social and professional issues are known as the types of issues which are faced by
society or professional who is working in the company. Any issues which are faced by
the company or member of the company or society due to other people is social and
professional issues. The issues occurred in the professional world is sometimes
manageable and sometimes unmanageable because all the things have a relation with
each other and everybody should take control if a company wants to keep their
environment working. Company is the reflection of society and if employees are
doing best for their company then they will definitely do best for their society and
keep their society neat and clean. If people are working professionals then they should
know that they have to face the issues because there is not only one person who is
working with them there are lots of people working for the same cause. Then it is very
obvious that they can meet with some kind of problem or issue in their way which
they don’t want to face. It is very difficult for anyone to handle a bunch of people
whose thinking is going in the opposite direction.
In this study, there has been an analysis conducted on the legal, professional,
employment, and social, personal, intrinsic and many other parts which have been
discussed by the main character of the study Alex, Richard and Sophie. For every type
of culture it is very important for the people who are living in that culture to know
about the problems which they can face, so that they can be very accurate in making
their plan for the future. The final result of this study is that it will help the
professional and social people about the problems which they may face and how to
fight with those problems in a very effective and efficient manner.

Analysis
In this case study, there is Richard and Alex who were boss and employee
respectively. They were having some issues of payment because Richard was not
giving Alex or other employees their payment which is very bad and unprofessional
because if employees are working for the company then it is the duty of the company
to pay them as much as they deserve. It is necessary for every type of company to
understand that how much important a payment keeps in the life of an employee.
Without payment nobody wants to work because to live in this world money is
important if someone is working to earn money then their employers should provide
them with their half on time without any problem and delays. Payment is the lifeblood
of every employee who is working with full dedication and dignity so they deserve
their payment on time without any problems and cuts in their salary. Richard was the
boss of Alex, so Richard should understand that how much important money is in
Alex life. Alex was very hurt due to this behaviour of Richard and it can also take
effect on the performance of the company and their employees because if employees
of the company will not work properly then how someone can expect from the
company to improve its performance.
So, Alex decided to start a new company with Sophie and they were about to marry
each other because they were in love and in the relationship. Sophie was so blind in
love that Sophie couldn’t understand that Alex is using Sophie. Alex was using the
same rules and regulations which were used by Richard’s company and this activity is
highly unethical and unprofessional. But Sophie was supporting Alex’s company
irrespective of knowing Alex’s unethical work because Sophie uses to love Alex.

Legal factors
The legal factors which have been noted in this study were that
Alex had braked the law by using the same rules and regulation
as used by Richard’s company and it I also very unethical. This
act was such an illegal act that Alex could have been sent to jail
because Alex violated the law and rules of the company law
which is very important to follow by each and every company
working for their profits and benefits. All the member of the
company should keep this thing in mind that it is not lawful as
per the company law and it is a very offensive act if attempted
by any person. Alex who was ditched by Richard was also
doing the same to the employees of the company and did not
give them their salary for a longer period of time. It can also be
said as the act of stealing the ideas or the rules of other
companies and stealing is itself a crime. Everybody knows that
breaking the law can get any person or employee into serious
trouble and can also be sent jail for this act which is very
painful. The fight between the professional and legal factors
should not be happening because no company will afford the
fight or conflict between these two and no professional want to
break or go beyond their laws.

Professional factors
The professional factor is known as the factor which includes
the type of person who has done some professional degree in
some particular field of studies which is very important for a
person to be called a professional. A professional person is
always a type of person who will be dedicated towards the work
and highly passion able about the task they perform because it
is also very important and necessary if an individual wants to be
a professional. A professional person will always talk about
professionalism and how they will teach how to treat the
profession. It is very important for every type of person to
respect their profession otherwise they will not be able to do
their best in that particular field and never get successful in life.
In this case study Alex was being very unprofessional and used
highly unlawful act which is beyond the thoughts of the
members of the colleagues of Richard’s company. Alex not
only done wrong with Richard’s company but also done highly
unethical with Sophie who was with Alex at the time when
Alex just started a new company and always supported Alex in
all the activities whether it is right or wrong. Profession and
professionalism are both different things because Alex was a
professional but the acts which are performed by Alex was not
professional and that is why Alex does not carry
professionalism in the business. It also is implied on the
obligation to the takes professionally which has marked as
something highly unprofessional.

Employment and Social factors
Employment and social factors of the organisation are very
important because the environment should very soothing so that
the works of the company can work with their full efficiency
and effectiveness. Social factors which affect the working of the
company is that they should be taken care of while conducting
the activity of social service because it is very difficult to keep
social elements of the company happy. Employment factor
should be taken care by the company or the organisation
because it is the thing which affects the working of the
company in a very deep manner because all the things which
are related with the growth of the company then employment is
one of them. Providing employment to the people of the country
is also a kind of social service in which all the company makes
the source of income in one or the other way and it will also be
very helpful for the people to increase their standard of living
because to earn is the first priority of any kind of people. Social
service is another main and important part of the company
which they have to follow while running a business because
society will not bear harm to the environment. It is also very
necessary for the organisation to keep the safety of the
environment and do not create any type of misconceptions in
the country which can lead to the crises in the country and can
also affect the working of the company, environment and
profits. If people of the company boycott the products of the
company then no one can buy the product of a particular
company just because they are not looking after the
environment and surrounding of nature. Alex was not ethical
with the employment sector because Alex’s company has
cheated to the workers or the employees of the company.
Richard has also done the same because Richard has not paid
the salary of the employees like Alex.

Personal factors
The personal factor in the company plays a very important role in the company
because all the people or employees in the company has differentiated opinions and
thought and all the people want to work in a very different manner as they want but it
won’t be possible. The personal circle is always created with the help of family,
religions, friends and enemies because they also teach so many things which can be
helpful in the working of the company and to the employees who are working within
the company. The moral of an individual is always created by the help of the
surrounding because they will help in boosting and motivating an individual if they
are doing something good which will be going to help the surrounding the people and
society. Personal factors are those types of factors which are created by the help of
social conditioning and it is also the part of nurture and nature because it is very
important for the employees of the company with what type of people they sit and
stay. That will create one’s mindset and the manner of working on a particular thing.
Individual personalities will always be created by the help of two factors which are
very important for every type of person whether it is introvert or extrovert in nature. If
any company wants to deal with their customers very smoothly then they should keep
their employees in such a manner that they know how to talk to the employees in a
very effective and efficient manner so that they can convert that conversation into the
deal or sales. It is not necessary that the manner of working of every individual will be
the same because both have a different type of mentality and thoughts. Thoughts play
a very important role in the working of the company like Alex thoughts was not good
so the company started was stopped automatically and that too in loss or say
unbearable loss. The employee or person who is strong minded and individual will
always is influenced or carried away by nature and it is very important for the
company to understand the type of employees they have hired and should be tackled
according to that.

Intrinsic factors
Intrinsic factors are the factors which are non-tangible and
cannot be seen but can be felt by the employees of the company
like if any employee gets the reward which is given
psychologically then this is known as an intrinsic factor which
is involved in the company or any type of organisation. An
intrinsic factor of the company which is received by the
employee is more important than the extrinsic factors because
for every employee who is working in the company should feel
stress-free and normal stability of mind and for that they can be
anything they can get hands on. It is the main reason that the
management or the authority of the company always try to
provide some kind of intrinsic rewards or honours to their
employees so that they can work with their full effectiveness
and tries to produce more for the company. Money is not
important always because money cannot buy a person relief of
mind and body. Stress should be released by the employee that
is why they always try to do something extra and unique so that
they can get reward from the management of the company like
holiday or massage coupons which may not be more to the
members or the employees but it is more than enough so that
employees can just relax and feel better after coming back from
holidays. Motivation is the most important part of the company
and for employees too because if the employees of the
organisation get motivated they will be able to produce more
than their usual production and they will do the work with full
efficiency and effectiveness. People who are working for the
employees should feel happy and good from inside before going
for work so that they can concentrate on their task and can
produce higher than usually they produce. It basically means
that it helps in increasing the productivity and profit on the
company and also helps in increasing higher customer
satisfaction, customer reach and market capturing.

Decision
The decision which is taken after reading all the case study and
going through all the factors of the company it has been decided
that Alex should be penalised and sent to jail so that they can
feel scared from all these unethical acts performed by the
employees like Alex and Richard. Richard should also be
punished for not paying Alex’s salary on time and making Alex
wait for the payment. Payment is a very important part of any
type off company of employees because without payment or
salary no one wants to work because if they do they will not be
able to survive in this type of environment where everything
cost something only air is free. Alex should also pay to the
employees of the company which is started by Alex and should
also pay to Sophie who was trusting Alex for no reason just
because Sophie loves Alex. The unethical job which is done by
Alex should not be supported by Sophie who was being used by
Alex in the name of love.
