The reputation of the company is at risk which has to analyse effectively so that there are right actions and
methods which can be implemented. It is very important to make sure that there are right consequences
which are present so that there is going to be better functioning.
Manager or Ruby will loss their job because one mistake which the company has made and the company is
not going to take the consequences which are present. There are local cases which are going to be started
on the organization which is not good for the brand value.
Step 2: Analyze - The
Actions
Actions would be that Ruby will have to leave the company so that the government laws are going to be
implemented. Strict actions are very important so that there are no other employees which make the same
mistake.
New actions are going to be taken by the organization to make sure that there are higher functioning and
working which is going to be present and that is going to make the operations of the company be higher.
Step 3: Make A Decision The company will have to make the decisions accordingly so that there are going to be higher functioning.

1. What were the most important professional ethics issues/dilemmas for you in your scenario? (Reference at least two core issues)
There are a lot of issues which were present in the professional scenario which is present and those have to be addressed effectively so that
the company can take the right actions accordingly which is going to make the company be able to have higher operations and brand value in
the market does not fall.
1. The manager of Ruby did not check the websites and did not monitor the workforce working under him which is the mistake of the
manager as well as Ruby.
2. Ruby has to make sure that she is updating and making sure that the manager is doing their work effectively so that there is good balance
which is going to be present for a long run.
2. What do you believe are the most appropriate decisions to be made here for management, organisation and employees?
The company has to take strict actions against the mistake which one employees has made so that there is going to be higher improvement
which is going to be present. Other employees will not make the same mistake in the future which is going to make the risk factors reduce in
the company. Either Ruby must be let free from the organization or else the company must demote Ruby in the company so that the other
employee stake this like a warning and take their actions seriously in the company.
3. Who is responsible for taking what action here and why? (Name names!)
The management must take the actions for the mistake which has made the companies name get affected in the market. Management is
going to be fair and make sure that the manager and the employees under them are following the policies and other laws which are present in
the country. Ruby and Rye will not be able to make decisions in the company for a long time because of the mistakes which they have made
and made the customers have a bad impression of the company in the market. management is going to work for the benefit of the company
so that there are going to be higher consequences which would be present and make the stability of the company be present for a long run.
4. What can be done, or what strategies can be implemented to ensure that a similar situation does not occur again?
The company has to make sure that all the websites which are being posted on the websites are approved by the policies and regulations
which are being put out by the government so that there are going to be higher consequences which are present. Strict actions to warn the
other employees has to be present as well so that there is good working and efficiency which is going to be present. Company has to check all
the actions and monitor them from time to time so that there are going to be better functioning and improvement which is being taking place
in the company is also going to be present for being able to match the expectations and standards of the clients.
5. What did you learn from reading this scenario?
That there are a lot of risks which are involved in a working of a company in the market which is why the actions which are being taken have
to be done effectively so that the company will be able to operate effectively and efficiently. All the steps have to be evaluated and made sure
are perfect for the company to be able to operate effectively and efficiently in the market which is going to make sure that there is good
