operating menu. Ethics is at the core of professionalism. To create a culture of transparency
and trust, practitioners must demonstrate strict standards of integrity when advising business
leaders.
This report focuses on professional ethics by considering specific ethical issues and
principles of conduct related to the professional environment and the people who interact
with it. This report includes the necessary information to eliminate the ethical issues arising
in professional and commercial workplaces. The ultimate objective of this report is to help
managers understand their driving forces. That allows managers to understand and empathize
with colleagues and customers. This report requires managers to be better prepared to
identify, think critically, and solve racial problems in the workplace.

In a business, the most important thing is attracting customers. This should do by
providing the correct information about products and services. Ethics will be applied when
promoting and giving service. The most famous traditional modes of persuasion are used with
“ETHOS, PATHOS, LOGOS”.
Ethos: Ethos is a persuasive style that attracts the audience by emphasizing
credibility. Ethos advertising methods require an excellent "personality" of the
speaker, host, writer, or brand.
Pathos: Pathos is a persuasive style that attempts to impress the audience through
sensation. Sad advertising techniques appeal to the senses, memories, nostalgia, or
shared experiences. A "pathetic" example captivates the hearts of the audience and
makes them feel.
Logos: Logos is a persuasive style that aims to impress the audience with logic and
reason. Examples of advertising banners, also known as rationale appeal, include
citations of statistics, facts, charts, and graphs.

Conclusion
Organizations need to raise awareness of ethical issues, promote ethical behavior, and
disseminate ethical practices among line managers. Communicating with the Code of
Conduct ensures that people understand what constitutes ethical behavior, manage
compliance, and monitor. One way to improve the regulatory environment is by restoring
morals. Ethics within the organization create effective communication. Good ethics leads to
organizational productivity. It also ultimately gains employees' job satisfaction. That also
leads to institutional excellence and progress. If the businesses are advertising with unreality
stories, it won't be sustainable. Persuasion should be designed with giving credibility, using
emotional and logical attempts. These modes are believed still as the most ethical strategy of
persuasion that protects the rights of both customers and organizations.
