Introduction
Reflection helps in analysing the strength and weaknesses of an individual and work on
them in order to bring about changes in ourselves. It has an overall positive impact in one’s life
and it helps in illuminating important facet about our personality. It helps us in critical
assessment and break free from the element of self-doubt that shrouds our life (Boud 2013). It
helps in realizing our dreams so that our life seems to be more purposeful. Dwelling in remote
past can prove to be unproductive and is unhealthy. Self-compassion can be used in order to
reflect on our life and to learn from the incidents of our life. It allows us to learn from our
surroundings and apply that knowledge in a future situation. Evaluation helps to determine the
merit and worth of a subject. It can help an organization or an individual to assess the aim and
help in the process of decision-making. The main purpose of evaluation is that it helps us in
gaining insight about our existing initiatives and help in changing ourselves in the future (Flieller
et al., 2014).
Evaluation is used in order to appraise subject that are of interest in a vast range in the area of
human enterprises that includes arts, health care and criminal justice. A Career Development
Plan consists of written short along with goals that are long-term that the employees have in
relation to their present as well as future job. It contains a sequence of planned formal and
informal experience that assists employees so that they can reach their goals (Jackson 2014). The
goals should be related to the strength along with potential of a person. This report analyzes an

Week 1
We were told to finish a project to compare seven
products between four major food retailers on the
parameter of variety, service, price, promotion and
assortment within a limited time.
