ESSAY 1
Professional experience and career progression description
My professional experience occurred through full time employment in medical related
field. To explain about my experience I would start with my first job when I was work as health
care consultant in hospital I am the only person in my family who has get higher education
outside abroad. My work is to take good care of patients and satisfy them by providing
appropriate response to them that is quite beneficial for hospital management and customers as
well (Jang and Moutinho, 2019). I studied in Canada for 2 years to get a good education and to
improve my communication skills, which helped me a lot and I makes me able to make many
better decisions and communicate to people, knowing their wishes and serving them properly.
It is very important to have communication skills when you want to work in the medical field
because it makes people able to solve queries on timely manner. For me and my career this skill
is really very essential as it help me to build strong connection with patients and allow me to set
positive image in mind of individual.
I work as health care consultant for 2 years in Saudi Arab hospital accountable for nurse
supervision and direction, junior education patient flow and patient health care treatment as well
as their satisfaction. My role to give them all information related to treatment plan and other
services when they visit in hospital with friends and family members. By helping and supporting
people comprehend things and answering queries about their medical condition sometimes I
work as coordinator but that’s quite interesting.
After completing 2 years successful I have been promoted as directors of interns at 23
May which is good for my professional career and I can learn more things and skills as well.
After being promoted I feel more responsible towards my duty and workers who are working and
performing under my direction. It is one the best chance by which I can show my abilities and
skills and gain more success in further that makes me capable to obtain better employment
opportunities. Along with position my salary also gets increased and I am earning more than past
job position. After catering services and leading my team effectively at 3 years I switch to
another job in Dublin where I am appointed as Team leader because I have good experience and

skills that makes me more stronger to take better decision. According to my new job role I am
accountable for taking decision regarding meetings schedules, organizing day to day activities by
creating plans in hotel and measuring overall business growth as well as success rather than past
few years. It is quite beneficial to gain progress in career so I decided to open my health and
social care centre or hopsital in Saudi where I will serve quality services to local people and
other as well for which I need to focus on MBA. All above things reflect my professional
experience & career progress clearly and also highlight part of my career that is health care
provider as doctor.

Professional and personal aspiration and importance of MBA
I professional career aspirations was to become a part of management team because I am
interested to conduct effective tasks each and every day which makes me able to strengthen my
current knowledge better than before and permit me to gain better understanding above new
things. MBA is really very important in my career plan because through this I will learn how to
manage own business by taking right decision at right place and right situation as well.

I apply for this full time MBA course because it will provide unbeatable experience for
my CV. It is one of the most practical MBA programmes in whole world that cater appropriate
knowledge to learner and makes their skills much better. It strengthens management skills and
abilities and develops the new one which I can use while opening my own business in the future.

I think that my current experience combined with Manchester MBA as I will gain better
knowledge and takes few times to learn more about it because I already work at different role. It
will aid me to achieve my aspirations and dreams in ethical and effective manner. Critical
thinking, business presentations and other things are included in MBA programme that develops
mu analytical and critical thinking skills (Weybrecht, 2017).
