INTRODUCTION
The professional future can be shaped into positive manner by inheriting various skills
which assist in accomplishment of goals (Morrell, Eukel and Santurri, 2020). This report
includes various reasons of a personal success in academic year. Different professional skills
which are found critical and requires improvement in order to achieve success. Explanation is
given in context to add value in professional academy community also mentioned in this report.
MAIN BODY
Personal success and reasons of success in this academic year.
In this academic year I have analysed those various sessions which I have attended proved
very beneficial in better growth and development of career. Involvement in group projects and
tasks helped me in inheriting teamwork skills and management of diversified people at same
time. It assists in learning how to manage different tasks according to their priorities and
deadlines so that goals can be accomplished (Janssens, Kuppens and Van Schoubroeck, 2021).
During the study in university of Bedfordshire education I have increased my credibility to great
extent by developing skills such as communication, intellectual and time management. All these
skills collectively assist me in maintaining balance between my personal and professional life so
that I can focus on the targets which have to be achieved. It helped me in learning how to
coordinate with individuals in order to share thoughts and views which are essential for
commencement of tasks and activities in proper manner.
Professional skills which were difficult and had to improve in order to achieve success.
During the studies of Bedfordshire education, I have faced various challenges regarding
decision-making and problem solving. It was a very difficult to make choices between different
alternatives for me which affect my productivity in overall manner. Along with these skills it was
a very challenging to influence and lead someone in particular direction for accomplishment of
tasks and activities (Chesnokova, Churbanova and Molchanov, 2019). It requires improved
leadership skills so that I can manage teams in desired manner. It can be improved by practising
and involving more critical situations in day to day life. I have to resolve different queries so that
problems can be analysed in effective manner which develops problem solving skills and
decision making skills. My teachers have supported me during academic session so that I can
prepare myself for future success by performing well at professional platform. They have
