Activity
Short term goals
My short term goals are to develop new and innovative skill so that I can get large
number of opportunities in future career. Such as honesty, integrity, accountability, ability to
take appropriate decision within specified time (Etkin, 2019). To develop good communication
skill that is most important in ever profession and helps in becoming successful individual.
My biggest strength is to take correct decision regarding various situations by effectively
analysing and evaluating various factors that impact it so that best outcome can be gathered.
I want to focus on my decision making skill for 1-3 years so that I can effective manage
time and resource to get best outcome.
I want to develop knowledge about who to effective communicate with other people
through use of innovative technologies. At the same time various leadership behaviours need to
develop that impact on my current role such as transparency, confidence and ability to inspire
others.
I should learn creative and innovative skills help me to get differentiate success as
compared to other people.
I have planned to develop knowledge about recent trends and innovation in technology,
unsatisfied demand of people to become fully successful in my current role.
Long-term goals
I see myself as a successful entrepreneur running company that is having number of
employees working together for achievement of common objectives.
Yes, I have certain technical and leadership competencies skill such as good ability to
take decision and effective communication (Roberts, 2016). But they also need to be enhanced
for achievement of long term goals.
Yes, I have long term personal goals to continuous learn new skill and knowledge about
various aspects so that I have wide number of knowledge about different topics. High skill and
knowledge helps me in gaining number of career opportunity and growth and development in
personal and professional life.

I need to develop technical knowledge and attribute to honest, creative, integrity in order
to work effectively in team for achievement of common goals. All such skill helps me in
developing as successful entrepreneur in professional life.
Action Plan
Specific task: I have decided to improve by learning ability, passion, high commitment and
determination, technical skills to achieve my short term and long term goals. At the same time
enhance my decision making, interpersonal skill to effective manage large organisation in future
career.
Time Horizon: It will take time to develop technical skill approx 6-7 months as I have to learn
lot many innovative and complex knowledge about how to effectively use innovative
technology. But at the same time determination, confidence can be gained through practically
performing different and new activities in personal and professional life within time period of 2-
3 months.
Resource allocation: I will need innovative technology to learn how to use information
technology to formulate effective strategies and communicate with each other’s (Marttinen,
2017). Communication skill can be improved through exchanges information to large number of
people by use of e-mail and other innovative technologies. Therefore allocation of resources
helps in effective developing of skills and knowledge to perform different function in future
career.
