I am a passionate and committed health provider having gained experience from multiple
healthcare environment. One of the things that proves my commitment is the ability to ensure
patients get timely and quality healthcare whenever they need it. It has been my inspiration since
I started nursing career. Throughout my professional engagement in nursing activities I have
proved to be flexible and competent in every exercise I undertake. One of my focus as a leader is
to ensure I have clear strategies that help link with my colleagues and the patients I serve. I am a
team builder and an exceptional service provider in nursing. Some of the skills and key
competencies I have include patient centered healthcare, quality management, record
management, psychologist, patient management, information management system management
among other skills. My professional goals include creating interpersonal skills, providing quality
patient centered care and improving my technological skills. However, to achieve these goals I
need to be committed in my profession according to Kiss & Smith, (2018). When providing
every service, I will focus in self-satisfaction to ensure that I maintain focus in my goals. My
passion is to ensure that people I serve are satisfied. It is an attitude that will positively shape my
career positively.
Question three
The main factor that determine social changes is the ones capability to understand the key factors
that need emphasis to achieve the expected outcomes according to Johnson & Smith, (2018).
Having outlined my professional goals, I am convinced I am ready to create a meaningful social
change. My healthcare environment need improved results therefore it is important to have
unique focus on elements that define quality results. As a professional nurse, it is my
responsibility to ensure that my patients get positive engagement whenever they seek my

services. I can only achieve it by developing quality patient centered care and the technological
skills that assist me in monitoring the medical history of my patients.
According to Harper et al, (2019), one of the ways that would assist me achieve quality service is
operating in culturally diverse environments. For example, offering services in hospitals that
have culturally diverse people. It shows a commitment in serving patients with multiple needs.
However, some of the skills that I need in working in such environment include communication
skills. Apart from that, it is important to have strong personal and public identity in these health
institutions. My portfolio is important for a strong career identity. I am also planning to make my
portfolio digital through integration of other institutions.
