Level of self-awareness
In this essay I would discuss about my own professional development and adaptability to
the business communication. I have been very serious about building a successful professional
career from my childhood. This is why I have always concentrated on my studies properly as
well. However, I have understood that in this modern competitive business environment it is very
hard to succeed with just good grades on the mark sheets. I would need to grow some of my
skills as well. My personal experiences have been not so good by the virtue of which I can build
a successful career.
It is because I was not able to adjust with the management and my projects in my first
job. I was not comfortable with the leadership style followed by the organization. This is why I
had to figure out some essential things that I would do to succeed in this section. I have always
wanted to be a successful software developer in my professional career. I know I have to be very
much skillful and proficient in managing the computer skills for the betterment of my career. I
must have all the tools within me to utilize the technological advancement in the country. This is
why I would like to develop my skills and gain better experiences by working in the top projects
for the top companies in the industry.
I am aware of the fact that the unemployment in the IT industry is continuously rising and
I have to maintain my standards by elevating to a new level indeed. Apart from the proficiency in
the technical skills I will also have to be very skillful in dealing with the customers as well. I
must develop my oral communication skills with the customers for the development of my
career. These things are really very important for me indeed. In order to grow I must have the
problem solving skills within me that will make me swift in tackling with the several problems.

Building and maintain effective professional networks
In this part I will discuss about the importance of building and maintain the effective
relationships within the workplace and the surrounding environment. There a certain ways to
build the proper working relationships within the professional networks. One of the most
important issues in this scenario is to develop the trust between the employees and the managers.
My first and foremost purpose will be to be more productive and enjoy the professional journey.
The use of the mentors is very useful to develop the successful professional careers
In my first job there was a person who worked as the Customer Relationship Manager.
My professional relationship with him had been very much cordial and he was very sincere as an
employee as well (Dochy et al., 2012). He always showed me the way for the success and
motivated me in the best ways that he could. In this way, he became my mentor in the
professional working field. The matter of trust has always been there between us. He has always
motivated me and said that I should build a very good relationship with my team. I have also felt
that I should have a better communication with my colleagues. I should be fair and honest to all
the projects that I should perform
If I make any mistakes in my works it would be very much problematic for my career. In
this situation I should apologize for my mistakes to the higher management. These are the very
important things that I have learned from my mentor. I will have to grow both from my
performance and my intellect as well. I should take the responsibilities of the group projects and
take the criticisms in the positive ways for my professional career growth. I should learn to take
the challenging assignments for my future growth as well. I should show respect to all the senior
people in my team and the organization I will be working in.

Professional development program
The professional development program is a very important component for my growth as
well. I would like to engage with the various programs that would increase my worth and make
me a better responsive person in the professional field as well. I would need to invest in these
professional development programs by which I could grow my capabilities as well. I have
realized that my communication skills are not up to the mark. This is why I will have to increase
my communication skills in the best manner as well (Stewart, 2014).
I would like to get admitted in the vocational courses that can help me for my
professional career growth. The communication skill development has been my supreme concern
for a long time now as I have not been able to communicate with the people very smoothly and
express my feelings However, I must be able to get rid of this feeling very effectively as well. In
order to do this, the professional courses will be beneficial for me. The teachers of the
professional courses will surely guide me towards maintaining the proper relationships with the
colleagues indeed. I believe it will take some time to develop my communication skills. The
effective communication skills will always lead me to express my feelings and develop my
relationship with everyone Apart from that, I will have to develop my technological skills as
well. The software development programs will surely lead me to get the proper ideas of how I
might resolve the various issues within my workplace. If my technological knowledge is
enhanced this will surely benefit me to work better indeed. I would also like take part in several
workshops that would cater to make me develop properly. Thus it would be very much helpful
for me increase my effectiveness and efficiency as well. The proper training by the HR
department of the organizations will be very beneficial for me certain aspects as well.
