Professional portfolio id evidence of own skills, achievements as well as professional
experience. My professional portfolio will play important role in continuous education and
professional development within healthcare sector. I have to maintain my professional healthcare
portfolio as it will help me in maintaining evidence of learning and reflection as well as also
assist in demonstrating that I am meeting my professional requirements. As main focus that I
have given in developing my career is healthcare field, because I have personally believed that
working in this area, will give me more opportunity to get success and growth in my life. For this
purpose, I have taken degrees in health education and possess one year experience in respective
field also. Therefore, I have believed it gives me better chance to get a specific position in health
care association where I bring my skills and knowledge in serving mankind or improvement of
public health. My portfolio will help me in managing things related to my healthcare career
profession as well as also in serving patients within effective manner. In addition to this, major
significance of healthcare professional is that it help me in identifying strength and learning
needs as well as have to develop learning plan for addressing these needs. Making my portfolio
give visual way to look at career experiences I have encountered. Furthermore, for healthcare
providers professional portfolio is important because students learning and working within
progressively complex communities of education and practice. Building a portfolio invites

I have chosen health care portfolio for growth and success of my career. I am very
interested to study about health care service which is required for individual to live happy and
prosperous. From the very beginning, I am attracted towards health and social care services.
When I was child, I saw many people died due to lack of health care service which influenced
me to become specialist in health service. I like to talk to people regarding their health issues
which are faced by them and provide them best treatment as well as services so that they can
recover their health and body properly for living happy life. I am also interested in knowing
about how actual human functions work and other factors related with body care so I chose this
field. The health and social care taker has bright and successful career which leads to earn high
profits and provide second life to people. This has helped me to develop myself along with
various skills such as problem solving, communication, leadership and so on which is actually
required in each and every field. The main purpose is to provide better treatment to those people
who cannot afford health care services and treat them well so that they can recover themselves
and live happy life. Along with it, I will establish one health care clinic for providing all types of
treatment to poor people and cure them in best possible manner at free cost so that they will
survive at marketplace.
