REFLECTION IN EVALUATING JOB INTERVIEW PROCESS
While doing the interview process I found that there are various challenges which needs to be overcome. So, it
is described as below
Bad interview question:- during the interview I found that there were some of the questions that I was not
able to understand and relate to present situation. As a result I got blank for it and did not answer that
question. This resulted in creating a negative image and impression of my ability and sense of humor.
Inconsistency:- as there were many candidates for interview process so it was taking a lot of time in it.
Thus, I have to wait for a long time. As a result I got tired and it led to bad mood and I was not able to
answer simple question that I was having knowledge of.

RECOMMENDATION
There are some recommendation which needs to be followed:
There should be specific questions which must be asked to each candidate also, there has to be time fixed of
interview so that it does not take long to conduct interview.
There should be proper criteria of evaluating answer of candidate. So, on basis of that selection is done.

ASSESS OWN ABILITY DURING INTERVIEW PROCESS AND
CRITICAL ANALYSIS
I have the ability to have effective communication with others verbally as well as non-verbally. This skill is
setting good impression in eyes of the recruiters as they see confidence in my eyes.
However, there were some questions for which I was not prepared and didn’t answer with confidence.
Although I am having knowledge of different languages which created an effective impression in eyes of the
recruiters and they appreciated me for the same, but as I got tired by waiting in queue, it became tough for me
to handle that situation.
They asked me many questions to test my strategic thinking and I was confident enough to answer all the
respective questions effectively.
