my skills and capabilities. I have recognized that I carry the good communication skills which
enables me to interact with anyone. Effective communication play crucial role in building both
personal and professional relationship with colleagues and other staff members. Self confidence
is also a good reflector of soft communication skills that also indicate about my confidence level.

guided me about my characteristics of the personality. I have a reflective personality which resist
