impression like a responsible person but also convert the individual into a strong person. For
developing such kind of personality it is important to have a personal development plan
which helps in achieving the targets in terms of professional and personal manner. This kind
of plan identify about the each and every kind of step they need to consider so that they can
achieve their objectives within a period of time. (Peer, K. S., 2016). Professional identity can
be developed by doing the practice in terms of the skills development and knowledge up
gradation. So it important to do their task in a consistent manner and do it with a positive
approach.
