Professional is said to be an individual who is performing independently by using own
skills, competencies, knowledge in a proper manner in order to improve productivity of a
company. Professional identity is mainly defined as a person with a unique or special identity
who possesses distinct value, experience, attributes, perception, beliefs in order to stand in a
society. It is identified that an on-going professional concern including team work and social
interaction as well (Cruess, Cruess and Steinert, 2019). For the present report, Travelodge hotels
is taken into consideration. It is one of the book hotel chain in United Kingdom and is offer its
services in more than 500 locations globally. A development plan will be create in order to
increase skills and competencies.
