BMA4005 Professional Practice: My Identity Strategy 2030 Bath Spa

Strategy 2030 Bath Spa attributes
Bath Spa University has a good plan for managing its
students so that they can grow in a productive way
(Pepe, and Maslach, 2021). Deformed there is a plan so
that they can be able to place important traits and their
students such as enthusiasm, bravery, inclusivity,
ethical, gauged, and effective in their work. Bath Spa
University, in my opinion, is concentrating on
improving inclusivity, engagement, and effectiveness
in their students in order to make them compassionate
and brave in their studies. The rich history and
architecture of Bath Spa University are well-known.

Qualifications.
Bath Spa University's masters of business administration
programme provided me with the qualifications I needed to
become an effective manager. I have improved my human
resource management abilities, allowing me to have a
thorough understanding of human resource management and
organisation, as well as the many responsibilities done by the
human resource department.
Experiences.
The internship which has been provided by my
University helped me to take experience of business
management (Jeffrey, and Brunton, 2012).

Skills.
I am student of management and have developed
several skills with the help of the university. I develop
my leadership skills to manage my group members
with the help of several projects that are provided by
the University.
Career interests.
I always have interest to become manager and have some
leadership traits that are useful for me to become an effective
leader for a business organization (Chen, and Reay, 2020).
Development of several skills also develop my interest
towards my management career and will help me to become
passionate with the help of attributes provided by Bath Spa
University.
General interests
General interest of blogging and community
involvement helps me in my career also. The general
interest of logging help me to understand psychology
of my team members as I have a great interest in
researching on various psychological aspects of
human beings to manage them in effective manner

Values
The attributes of bath Spa University helps to develop
several values in their students so that they can work with
ethical values in a business organization. One of the attribute
of Bath Spa University is to make their students passionate
brave and ethical which are great values for an individual to
have successful career..
