In order to get selected in a profession people have to face interview
which requires efficient skills of communication so that they are
able to answer questions which can help in their career
development. By developing skills and competences of people the
personal and professional development can take place. In this
presentation an interview and a reflection of person applying for
post of floor supervisor in Hilton Hotel which is expanding in
Warrington will be discussed.
