Introduction
In order to get selected in a profession people have to face interview
which requires efficient skills of communication so that they are
able to answer questions which can help in their career
development. By developing skills and competences of people the
personal and professional development can take place. In this
presentation an interview and a reflection of person applying for
post of floor supervisor in Hilton Hotel which is expanding in
Warrington will be discussed.

Interviewer: “So tell me what do you think about the skills that a floor supervisor must possess?”
Interviewee: “Communication skills to manage team and good knowledge on maintaining clean and hygienic environment so that health
and safety can be ensured”
Interviewer: “How do you deal with a problem faced during working hours?”
Interviewee: “While facing any problem first i will tackle them by using my skills and knowledge and when the problem still cannot be
solved i will contact the IFCO via mail”

Interviewee: “A floor supervisor plays an important role in checking all the necessary requirements on floor
and getting them arranged and also cleanliness, safety and hygiene can be maintained on floor which is
important to keep customers of company happy!”
Interviewer: “How can you contribute towards solving problems related to hygiene and safety?”
Interviewee: “With my effective knowledge and skills I can supervise the floor efficiently and can look for
any necessary arrangement so that better facilities can be provided to customers and hygiene can be
maintained!”

Reflection
After the interview which ended well I tried to evaluate my key
strengths and weaknesses which I realised during the interview so
that I can make efficient improvements which can help me in
becoming better in future so that I can give better interviews in
future.

Conclusion
It can be said from this presentation that it is important that a person
reflects on the process of their interview so that they can analyse
their strengths and weaknesses during interview so that efficient
steps can be taken to make improvements.
