Interview procedure-
Here, current interview has been conducted for specific job role within Langham hotel as Hotel supervisor.
First stage of interview process-
In this phase of interview, I am meeting interviewers who are accountable for taking interview of all
applicants including me.
On this stage, I was taken to the interview room where I was asked a few questions about me and my
abilities.
The atmosphere of the room was quite serious, the interviewer was sitting with a long list, in which a lot of
questions has been written, along with the name of person who came for interview in hotel.

Strengths-
In context of above applied interview, the best part of the interview phase was that in
order to comfort the people, Interviewer first asked the people about them.
Weaknesses-
This interview processor also has some weaknesses with all the strengths. The biggest
drawback is time, every stage takes a lot of time

It is one of the biggest challenge that occur during overall process which recruiter can

effectively.

CONCLUSION
From above analysis, it has been concluded that CV is one of the most important
documents present by person who seek to get job in hotel as hotel supervisor.
Interviewers use these CV to select the best one for further interview procedure where
they were conduct in depth interview with chosen candidates.
