Case Study 1
This case study demonstrates the statements from the ACS code of ethics 2004. This involves and deals
with the Social Implications. It deals with the internal website development team wants to send an
invitation to the external and the employees of the organization and then the ethical issues was raised
when the employees asked for that whether the compliance and agreements were same as for the external
participants and because of that issues raised because some employees wants to follow the same rule. So,
according to the policy of company employee cannot breach the company rules [1].
Employees are not eligible to leave the usability test because they have agreed to the terms and
conditions mentioned in the contract and now they cannot breach the contract otherwise they will
invite the legal repercussions for the same. As the company has invested a good amount of time
and money in conducting the usability test, it would be of unethical values on the part of
employees to escape it [2].
Enhancement of Quality of Life in Professionalism is mainly to maintain the self-management i.e.,
to behave ethically in personal and professional life. It should be given an equal importance as in
the professionalism because sometimes it gets cumbersome process to deal with. This code simply
empathize on how an individual deal or practice with the environment being followed in the
organization, it intends as a guideline to the professional conduct and it is applicable to all the
members of organisation to be in a specific area or expertise in the IT industry. The development of
ICT had a major impact on our society and in our life. This has played an essential role to introduce
with all latest technologies but as it is so vast that it has some negatives too.[3]The adverse effects
with the ethical approach is:
1. To protect and promote the health and safety affected by the work, be Optimistic regarding to
your work that should personally satisfy, competence,
2. Using the latest technologies in ICT, it enhances the quality life of the people but other than it’s
a disadvantage for the disable people [4].
ACS helps in resolving the ethical dilemmas in professional conduct in all practical situations so as
to be in that code of spirit to resolve the ambiguous and contentious issues in professionalism.
Case Study 2
The speaker is very well used to the linguistic devices to win the emotions and attention of all the audiences
which was all the citizens of Australia. In this case the speaker has used the appropriate language, so as not
to harm any section or anybody from the audience, he has well evaluated the language of the letter itself

that the audience should receive the apology in a way that the speaker has intended to offer them. It
makes the audience to think on it. The speaker has used the word “Dramatic Language” such as Aboriginal
and Torres strait islander children instead of wives ‘native or local’ so as to gather more attention to his
emotions rather than the words on to the letter [5].
The Speaker constantly using ‘sorry’ so as to stick to the subject or emotional lines to constantly remind
the audience to feel sorry for all losses. The speaker uses worst examples of the past to the audience to not
repeat in future. He has intelligently used linguistic here because of all the mistakes he did in the past and
the sorrowful example with the audience without playing with their emotions just because to win the
hearts of all the audience present over there.
Answer 3
Procrastination can be defined as the avoidance of practice or carrying less tasks that needs to be
accomplished or completed. It usually happens when someone has to take a stiff decision and is unable to
make, it generally leading in individuals to postpone the tasks or decisions by tomorrow and waits until the
tomorrow come. In simple terms it is a process when an individual keep on declining or delay to the
decisions [6].
Example of Procrastination
When I was 19, I had a dream to learn robotics and machine learning; it was my dream to become a
scientist. During my End of semester the pressure was high to produce some real good in my academic
field. But I had so many other hobbies that I kept on postponing the Best College Entrance form that my
dream was to study in that college. But as my exams was about to complete I kept on postponing to fill up
the form. Well this time it didn't work out that well and as a result procrastination led to poor results. After
that I could not even get the opportunity to fill up that form and my dream to pursue my academic career
in robotics is no longer in my path.

Describe In all, the learning experience developed my skills and professionalism in overall field of the
organisation. The Learning involved the mannerism and the development in career and the
how to behave professionally in organization. It should involve the basic ethics including the
act of planning, designing, evaluating, reporting on time, supervising with the colleagues,
should be concerned about the current environment going in organisation. One play an
individual role to analyse, administrates, should be loyal towards his profession, and should
maintain the professional standards with the community [1].
Explore According to the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, it is essential that a person should be self-
motivated so as to work in a professional environment. A man should have a good behavioural
