It is the external factor which defines how the specific law affects the operation of the
business and the behaviour of the customer. Viability and margin of provided service is
influenced by the legal factor. Alex and Sophie are work against the legal factor in which
they established the cloned company without getting approval from Richard. According
to the law, if some employee breaks the rule, the individual must face the Federal
Prison. It is the responsibility and loyalty of employees or stakeholder to respect the
privacy of its organization.
Legal and professional factors may create conflicts between the employees, and it is the
responsibility of employees to respect and follow all the laws. Alex and Sophie both
decided to establish their agency from scratch. Alex has all intellectual property of the
Richard agency. Sophie was worried about the legal factor of the agency, so she left out
and moves in another city. Grapevine is the most popular computer, so Sophie finds out
the difficulty of getting a new job. If Richard might take strict action against this case,
Sophie and Alex both might face the problem to start their career again (Sagan,2016 ).

factor includes the practice quality, knowledge and well being in the workplace.

quality of employee which must prove by the employees to their employer. The
computer industry is the fastest industry which growth in a rapid manner. The
professional factors concern about employees behaviour, the availability of resource
and the current status of professional criteria. The employee must update themselves to
improve their performance which helps in enhancing the growth of the organization. It is
the principle of organization if any employee showing unprofessional in the workplace,
management took strict action against it (Fenwick, 2018).
2.3. Employment and Social factors
Company and agency are involved socially. Due to this involvement, the company
creates their position in the existing market. An employee is concern about social and
employment. Social factor influenced by the lifestyle, community and family status. This
factor is based on company growth, recession and turnover. Employee’s performance
and organizational growth are affected by this factor. There are various reasons such as
low wages, harassment, and improper infrastructure.
The Grapevines computer industry is the common behaviours towards every employee.
Still, Sophie and Alex's social life is to match their expectation. According to the case,
both employees were not satisfied with their organizational aspects. Alex was more
involved with Sophie, so she admired his decision.
Employment factors develop by the organizational aspects which include SWOT
analysis, Pestle analysis. The report is described by the media, an official document of
the company. This factor builds the relationship among employees, peer group
members etc. Workplace fits according to the business culture as a private organization
deals with the informal dress code, and the local language may use. In another case,
the public sector needs an appropriate way of presenting.

contributes more to the performance of the employees. This factor includes various
aspects which an employee integrates and performed well. In the given case, the
personal factor arises the relationship between Alex and Sophie. In an organization,
employees should with the independent mind which must decide by them only.
Collaboration is necessary but if the decision taken by someone else. It will denote
weak employees who don’t resolve their issues. Morale will also develop or distressed
by the personal factor. It is essential to notice that employees must focus on every
aspect which will always help to improve the personal growth of employees. The peer
group, family and society indirectly involve in the performance of an employee because
of morale support (Kéfi,2015).
2.5. Intrinsic factors
It includes moral development of personal attribute of employees. Personal goals
motivate the employees to acquire their specific position in the society. This factor will
never inherit because every organization deals with a different scenario. The elements
are generated according to the nature and environment of the workplace. Development
and improvement bring from the motivation and inspiration from the workforces, higher
authorities and peer group.
Sophie morale was down; due to this, it admired all the decision of Alex and forgot her
responsibilities towards her organization. Motivation and inspiration provide a definite
path which enhances the capability of doing a job role in the organization. The
empowerment, views of employees and autonomy, variety in skills and the trust of
organization shows the dependency of intrinsic factor in an individual. The computer
industry motivates new technology and new capabilities. The database developer learns
about the latest technology which accepts the employees who not only understand they
always ready to implement as well.
The most important or significant factor is the personal factor. The reason behind is that
if a person has no issues in their own life. Their contribution and participation are more
and with the full of positive attributes. Personal management is also necessary because
it taught them how to deal with the conflicts, how to handle external factors, and how to

also. According to the discussed case, Alex and Sophie both lost their loyalty towards
its organization. Sophie could not be able to decide on the cloned business. It is not a
good option that brings employees, establishes the same company is an illegal thought.
It shows that credential, customers, strategies and the individual approaches are stolen
out. Alex did the same thing; his decision was wrong because he can’t be able to

manage the business properly. Due to the case theory, Richard should take strict legal
action towards Alex and Sophie. It doesn’t matter that Sophie continued or not. It was
the responsibility of the business owner that they must take strict action towards illegal
activities occurred in the organization or outside the organization if it is related to the
same business. The opinion of Sophie was correct. Her decision i.e. moves out, is the
best way to present their loyalty towards her organization. The resultant of this scenario
was that Alex faced cash flow during the establishment of his new business. It shows
that how much it is difficult to manage and handle new things from scratch. If the same
organization would decide on the time, Richard will never be lost his best employees.
Alex and Sophie will never choose to separate from the organization. The availability of
a vast amount of resource and credential force them to take these kinds of decision.
The legal factor may be pushed back in the organization towards Richard. Alex career
was destroyed in the last when he earns so much money if he understood their
mistakes earlier. There is a possibility to come back and restart their career again. It
increases the complexity and obstacles in between the job role. Decision skill must be
acquired by every employee who helps to teach them what is the correct decision and
what may create harm in the further level. The decision will be based on knowledge,
experiences, and skills. Acceptance is also necessary for the same field because it
determines what factors an individual understand or value (Majumdar, 2018).

3. Discussion
Personal factors are the most significant factor in the given scenario because the
individual in the case plays a personal role. It is the essential factor which inherently
doesn’t mean they are doing the job in any organization. Sophie particular factor was
trust on their loved ones. She inherent this factor in the future but this scenario teaches
her that she will take their own decision. Personal factors involve family, friend, peer
group so, Alex was a friend. It affects s the decision making the power of Sophie, so
there is dealing with all the laws and duties. Sophie gets stuck on the personal factor.
These things create obstacles in her career. It affects not only Sophie career, but it will
destroy the Alex career too. By knowledge, personal factor is the one which is inherent
in this scenario. It will build on the elements of trust, loyalty and hard work towards the
job role and responsibility.
According to the scenario, the personal factor is the most important because it is
inherent. Other factors are also significant for being an employee. The remaining
elements will get change or modify according to the time. Legal considerations are
implemented according to the nation, organization policy. It may vary accordingly.
Professional factors are depending on the knowledge and skills acquired by the
employees.
It may also vary because nowadays are people who are doing the job beyond their
abilities. There is a possibility of changes according to the organization and the job role
of employees. These all area varies according to the workplace environment and
professional culture. It presents the visualization in terms of employers as well that
motivated employee gives their best. Intrinsic factor based on motivation, if employees
are competent in motivation factor or it has something inspiration sense. It increases the
productivity of the organization. Its impacts will automatically show the performance of
the employee. Inherit factors are unable to determine changes and modification in the
environment. It is the responsibility of employees to gives value to their duties.

Implementation or execution of these factors in the appropriate place is also an
important task. Comparison taught how to recognize and consider different things which
need to manage all the aspects which are related to the organization.
The decision took by reviewing this scenario culture and the objective of Alex. His
thought was inappropriate, and the result was also showed how much he was wrong.
Success and efforts are both are dependent on each other. Alex was not aware, and his
beliefs on all the factors were inappropriate.
As per my opinion, regarding the scenario, both the employees were affected by
personal factors only. The other factors were not supposed to harm more, but particular
factor harm more than expectation. The impact on the personal and professional growth
of an individual, respective duties and consideration is the most important in the entire
factor. Richard doesn’t took any legal action against Alex and Sophie because due to
personal relationship with both. Richard knows that they both pay will back by any other
term. According to my opinion, organization should take in the written frame if they go
beyond the organizational rule. The legal action will take care about that.

4. Conclusions on Analysis
This report concludes about the case study in which an employee lost his loyalty
towards his organization. Its objectives are to establish the clone of the same business
in which he was working for a long time. He lost him all loyalty and duties which spread
negativity in the society or community. This report addresses all the factors which
enhance the possibility of the best performance from the employee. The best factor
decided by the researcher is the personal factor because according to the scenario, it is
the only factor which does not vary if there is some modification in the environment.
Environment refers to the organizational culture, workplace environment and peer group
.The negative impact generated by the wrong effects. Like in the scenario, Sophie was
admired the Alex thought. It was her mistakes, and she understands as earlier as
possible. The behaviour present by Richard takes the decision. His personal and
professional behaviours get mixed, and he was unable to make the correct decision on
time. The overall theory discussed about the critical factors which are involved or
contribute to the organizational environment all the positive and negative effects
developed in the business culture. The entire conclusion said that the employees are
the asset of the organization. The organization respects its employees and vice versa.
