Question 2
There are several incidences where I have employed the Australian operation standards
of IT mostly on my previous work. Basically, the corporate governance of ICT is a system
where the future and even the current application of the ICT is controlled and fully managed.
This basically constitutes directing and evaluating the plans of ICT in supporting of
organizations as I did in my previous work. The policies and the strategies I employed in my
previous work includes the following. I ensured that I performed very well whenever I was
needed. This is very vital in any ICT organization because when I cannot be available when
required then most logic operations may not be operating the way they are supposed to be.
I was also conforming to the rules (formal). In any ICT organization, obeying the rules
of operation is the key and this help to avoid some errors which may jeopardize with the
organizational operations. I also planned the ICT to best support the firm (Smallwood, 2014).
When the ICT can be employed to support the organization´s activities, it becomes very easy to
uphold the Australian operation standard of the ICT in the same organization and the society in
general (Steinberg, 2011). Other Australian ICT operations standards which I employed in my

previous work were; I did not use my expertise to bully or harm any person be it my fellow
colleague or general society.
Question 3
During my internship, I worked with full compliance in the organization, the compliance
may include several activities which an intern or any employee may or should undertake. Such
includes the following; undertaking the IT activities without any bribery and give the services
freely if it should not be paid. This is according to the compliance standard BS 10500
management system of anti-bribery (Wright, 2010). I also maintained the IT compliance by
avoiding any form of stealing in the organization. Another thing which I did in my previous
work is doing my job in accordance with the organizational regulations/rules. The activities of
the compliance are very helpful in an organization due to some of the following; the compliance
sustainability helps the organization management to execute and develop a plan to implement
and control the daily operation of the organization.
The compliance and integrity in the organization help the organization employees to be
transparent and this is very vital as it makes the operation be effective. Another compliance in
the organization is the process risk, this is where the organizational production process fails to
lead to the violation of legal activities like failure to meet the organizational requirement as
needed by the clients. The process risk can as well as it can lead in evaluating the errors which
always beach the organization´s duties to the investors. The compliance in the organization help
in maintaining good standards as well as maintaining the organizational good rapport.
