Technical skill Developed
During the industry visit, I have gathered huge number of technical skills which are
important for networking engineers. I have come to the point that the field comes up with full
employment, which is similar to another field [5]. Success in this domain requires huge variety
of skills that are completely outside the technical expertise. The skills that are collected are
Analytical Skills
Ability to do multi-tasking
Skills of problem solving
Interpersonal skills
Wide variety of system knowledge.
Mapping Units
As a result of changing nature of the growing industry and skills, I need take training
which is known to be a part of overall career development [3]. In the coming days, I can expect
that my organization will provide training courses and proper training as soon as new system is
introduced. An individual need to focus on proper training, which is an important step for career
development.
New technical skills
As a networking engineer, I need to focus on the following points like
A proper update of knowledge and understanding of the employer’s business along with
needs to the industry [1]. Along with these, I need to focus on the technical demands.
I need to recognize the overall importance of the focus of the customer, along with
serving the need of the user.

3INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
During the industry visit, I need to have excellent communication skills and overall
ability to communicate with the staff members.
Use of Collected Information in Future
The career path will be completely depended on certain extent that is overall size of the
working organization for work and its overall scope for IT system [6]. By collecting the
experience, one can easily progress as a senior network manager and another post. Network
engineers focus on broadening their career in some of the domains like IT and customer based
function. Also, there are some other possibilities like infrastructure project management. Both
network engineers and network support comes up with support roles and tend to move away
from programming [4]. With the collected, I have a wide range of opportunities to move to IT-
contracting and self- employment.
Example of developing networking skills
Technical skills are considered to be an important element of network administrator. It
merely helps candidate to easily describe the best choice for the given job. During the
professional exposure, I have gained hands in troubleshooting of system issues like Printers and
Drivers [2]. They were many network engineers who were working practically on the system. At
that every time, I have gathered huge knowledge and idea different domains of networking.
Graduate Outcome Table
Graduate Outcome Table aims to define the general progression of learning, which is
mainly attained for IT programs that are offered at University [5]. The progression merely
comprises of framework that aims to provide each level of engineering and IT program offered.

Changes
I will try take a variety of task and focus on every details
I focus on collecting skills with respect to analytical and ability of problem solving.
I will emphasize on collecting teamwork skills and ability to feeling comfortable for
working in various teams.
I will emphasize on collecting organizational skills and giving priority to the workload.
Recommendation
I will like to recommend a list of points to the person who structures the degree programs
like
They should focus on providing details knowledge with respect to network system,
documentation and standard.
They should provide some specialized training courses in the domain of network
engineering.
They should give details steps which are needed for troubleshooting.
Future of Network engineers
In the future, as network engineers, I will be making a list of things like
Creating the networking environment by system configuration design, installation,
documenting and lastly enforcing standard.
Proper design and adaptation of new solution which will improve the present
environment.
