Codes of Conduct of Google is designed in such a way that it forces on the fact that it
does not make use of evil into practices. It is designed taking into the fact that every they do is
generally measured by focusing on the ethical standard of business conduction. Google has some
commitment to the highest standard which ultimately help in hiring talented people, creating
better products and attracting various loyal users (Ahmed et al., 2013). Trust and respect among
the various employees and users is considered to be ultimate foundation for the success of
Google. Dell mainly focus on honesty, integrity and highest value of ethical conduct. There are
many kinds of reason behind the ethical conduction at Dell which is like creation of culture value
which is based on various kinds of ethical standards (Tello, 2013). Dell generally address on the
fact which is building of highest value of experience.
In the coming pages of the report an idea has been provided a survey has been done
regarding the fact that the various organization follow the code of conduct policies and proper

creating better products for the upcoming generation and creating a medium of attraction for
large number of users (Singh, Iglesias and Batista-Foguet, 2012). This particular organization

Dell is a kind of organization which inspires their employees so that they can easily serve
as a medium for the various kinds of action in the different zones of the world. This particular

responsibility for the employees. Apple generally needs its supplier to work as per the

analyze the laws which focus on the attention of the various owners who are advancing in the

Description of unethical conduction by various organization
Google
Lax advertising content control: Google has been accused for holding liable for the
various kinds of content which generally allows various kinds of add to run on a regular basis on
the various kinds of search engine in Australia (Kim and Douai, 2012). It specifically provides
some kinds of action which ultimately makes the user to think of visiting the site of an
organization rather than directing it totally.
Snipping of contacts: Mocality which is business directory service which is based on
Kenya receives various kinds of calls. In the call some kinds of request were made regarding the
fact of integration of software with the various services which are provided by Google.
Violation of physical privacy: The street view of Google which has led so some kind of

Dell is recognized as the best organization in terms of ethics which generally operates in
the major kinds of internet organization. Still in some cases it is seen that unethical factors arise

Few years back that is in the year of 2012, Facebook made an unethical survey on a large
mass of user and due to this fact later on in the coming years an apology was made by second
most powerful executive that is Sheryl Sandberg (McMullen and Apple, 2012). In most of the
cases, it was recorded the provided report does not match with various kinds of conduct policies
of Facebook. So it is necessary for Facebook to take some kinds of necessary steps so that it can
easily obey the various policies which are associated with this organization.
Tax paid in Australia by these Organization
From some of report it was concluded that major internet organization like Google and
Facebook gives around 16.6 and 3.3 million value of dollars as tax to the government of
Australia (Paris et al., 2013). In the past days most of internet organization used to pay tax on the
basis of profit which was earned from the business operating in Australia on the contrary now
they are paying as per the rules.
