Professional management can be defined as the process of managing a profession in
systematic manner so that all the future goals and objectives could be met. It is a type of
seasoned approach which is used for the purpose of administrating the whole entity so that the
predetermined objectives could be met. All the individuals who are focused with tehri
qualification technical skills and capabilities should make sure that they are having proper
information of professional management. Leadership is the process of leading a group so that it
could be analysed that the individuals or the subordinates will be able to meet all their future
goals and objectives. It is very important for all the leaders to make sure that they are guiding the
subordinates properly because it can help them to be aware of all their job roles and
responsibilities. While planning to meet all the career and academic goals it is very important for
all the students to make sure that they are focused with proper leadership and professional
management (Adams, Kutty and Zabidi, 2017). Both of them can help the individuals to make
sure that they are having ability to meet all the predetermined objectives. If the analyse that they
are not capable of meeting the goals then it is very important for them to pay attention towards
development of them so that the desired job in future could be acquired. Present report is based
upon analysis of professional management and leadership of the business simulation game. The
idea of phone venture was formulated to establish the enterprise. The organisation’s name was
AXIOM which is a new phone venture. It produces all the phones in Asia under the license and
the demand is met by the organisation on the basis of requirements of clients. The whole
assignment is segregated in two parts first task is focused with providing reflection on the
leadership and management of the strategic ambition. Second task is focused with evaluation of
the contribution to the management simulation game.

business. If the students will not be able to deal with such situations properly then it will be very
difficult to meet all the future goals and objectives (Armstrong, 2016). When I was developing
the idea of the new venture, I was trying to manage all the activities systematically so that I can
play the game in systematic manner. The task of playing it was assigned in groups so that all the
individuals who will be working in it may get opportunity to experience the situations which
may take place while running own business. In order to meet all the long-term career goals, it
will be very important for all the students to make sure that they are focused with development
of their professional skills.

it then it may affect the market image as well as the profitability. Lack of it, will result in lower
staff engagement and profitability. Due to this, the future operations may also get impacts
because it may create the situation of lack of funding for operational activities (Hammad and
Hallinger, 2017).
When I was studying in the university different projects and exercises were completed by
me. One of them was role play exercise of Sunderland Soft Toys. It was one of the main
exercises which helps me to develop my communication, leadership and management skills.
With the help of it, I was able to experience the situation of running a business which facilitated
me to formulate effective decisions for this project. The role play was headed by the tutor and all
the students were responsible to play a role assigned by the tutor. This exercise helped me to
understand that why it is very important to deal with all the issues that are affecting the business

ethical and value-based relation impacts upon staff (Oshagbemi, 2017).

the help of both of them, I tried to manage and lead all the team members properly which

Additionally, I also made sure that I make efforts to lead the team in systematic manner because

employees it will help to generate higher revenues. Apart from this, it can also help to enhance
the level of engagement of employees because they will work hard to get good compensation.
When the entity will generate huge profits then incentives and bonuses are offered to the
workforce so if the value-based relationships will be focused by the organisation then it will
result in higher work quality of all the employees. If an entity is not able to pay attention towards
