such as motivation, courage, honesty, teamwork, and many others. A manager should have leadership
skill in them to manage people and their works in a good manner.
This report will provide a literature review about the leadership skill in a manager and critically analyze it
based on the various research papers and evidence. In conclusion, the report will summarise its finding
of the leadership and other skills, which are required in a manager.
