INTRODUCTION
Individual attends an important lecture and take learning classes for increasing level of
knowledge. This helps in developing various skills which are related to academic. Under this process
opportunities are generated for jobs related to a particular field, also it teaches how to deal with future
challenges and gain success in life. In the following essay critical reflection on how a person develop
himself as a learner. Further in this essay, ways of approaching future challenges and expectations for
becoming a successful person is going to be covered.
TASK 1
How a person developed as a learner
Today’s competitive world, if success has to be gained then, it is important for an individual to
develop his or her skills in regular manner (Bommarito. and Cooney, 2016). When learning
classes have been taken regarding certain things that has to be learned. It is helpful for developing
learning and creative level of knowledge. Being a learner, I have taken classes in a certified institution
that is affiliated to institutions in UK. BUKSUniversity. I have completed a year of foundation here in
knowledge and creativity. Skills of communication are considered to be an efficient part of college under
which most instructions focus is upon ability of listening and speaking within learners. In relation to
teaching the general public and professional communication course. Most of teachers are concern on
presenting theory. Also there focus is upon describing process related to public and official speaking
process. Thus enrolling in such studying of this concept, has helped me in understanding role of these
speaking courses in context of real life. It teaches how to behave and communicate in different kind of
situations. Various activities have been conducted by educators for developing of communication skills.
For instance, a real life situation in working organization is created and some roles have been assign to
learners. Under this role they have to perform like workers and have to behave professionally. This has
helped me in creating an efficacy in communication skills.
So, under this kind of group activities effective and positive impact on learning abilities can be
seen. Apart from communication skills, foundation course has also worked in improving my writing skills.
Teachers have taught various lessons upon how to correct a sentence and make it error free. It also has
make me understood some basic but important aspects of writing skills. Sense in a sentence can only be
obtained through this. Also usage of grammar, capital, apostrophes and punctuation marks is included I
n it (Biltereyst. and Meers, 2016). Further I have learned about three major types of tenses

that are present, past and future. It has also developed writing and reading skills with making correct
sentence.
For working in an organization a person has to be a creative and keen learner. As per lectures in
BKU University various digital technologies have been taught to me. This has been done through
attractive power point presentation; knowledge has been grabbed on showing creativeness fro working
in an organization. Also various life stages of different entrepreneurs about educational and family
background, their experiences and more. Motive behind this is to inspire for facing of difficult challenges
and find ways of overcoming from them. This is going to motivate me for becoming a successful person
and attain good position in a big organization.
TASK 2
Approaches for future challenges and expectations
Completing of foundation course from BUKS University, various knowledge has been gained
about personal and professional learning. That is done in relation to skills such as communication,
technical competency, ethics of work, flexibility, determination, creativity and personal abilities. As
ability of working under pressure, decision making, leadership and conflict resolution. Self motivation,
adaptability etc. all these abilities make an personable for working in large organization and handle
different operations in appropriate manner. Generating of creative abilities in my work that has helped
me in giving better solution to company (Wrigglesworth, 2016). That has increased my efficiency
in working. Such abilities of managerial and leadership aid has helped me to face challenges in future
and handle situation in appropriate manner. For instance, a company wants to make some modification
in working system for increasing performance of business, under such condition through leadership
skills I can motivate other team workers to adopt changes. In this situation, I will tell others about
advantages and disadvantages of such alterations. It would help me in getting support of them towards
achievement of business.
Apart from this, a personal skill that has been learned by me under foundation year has helped
me to develop flexibility in workplace. Teachers have taught me about importance of ethical behavior in
both business and ethical life. They have told me how to behave with others and make interaction to
develop strong relationship. Due to this, I would get chance to get a strong position at workplace. This is
going to lead a team towards achievement of common goals and objectives. Furthermore, under
classroom, educators have created various real-life working situation where a person has to take major
decisions in favor of business (Pugliese, 2016). Along with this, they have also concerned with
benefits of other members too while making decisions about any wrong policy can create negativity
within a workplace. For this purpose such group activities, I have learnt how to make quick and effective
decisions which provides benefits to both employees and employers. I have also came to know how to
become a successful leader or manager by working on development of own skills.

CONCLUSION
From this report it can be concluded that for an individual it is necessary to develop his own
skills and knowledge on regular basis. For this purpose only different kinds of classes for learning
academic or professionalism is done. It is also helpful in grabbing knowledge upon a particular field and
developing creativity in a person. Further it can also develop personal and professional abilities because
of such skills. As higher opportunities can make future brighter and better development of career takes
place.
