INTRODUCTION
School are the main source of getting talent and experience in the form of students or
learners (Biggs,1978). So it is necessary for the nations to assure that students should take all
necessary and relevant knowledge and experience from the school so economy get rises. In the
article, I found that schools facing issues related to the attendance of students. I found that there
are many reasons but the most important reason could be learning style. That means teacher
reaction is important for the education and attendance of students in schools. So they should
develop more skills and use some methods that helps to raise the number of attendees in the
class. I found two important motivations that are intrinsic and extrinsic which influence the
students behaviour towards attendance. It also helps to student understand the importance of
learning for their careers and economy growth. It can be done with motivations and inspirations
from which students get attract.
TASK
Explanation of different learning styles and types of attenders.
In the current scenario, it is founded that students of schools getting boredom during the
important classes. But it is not good for the students career, nations growth and success. From
the article, it is founded that schools face a major problems in this time that their students get
absent from the classes (Billings-Gagliardi and K. M., 2007). It affects the learning of students
because their career get destroyed because of the absent from the classes of schools. There are
many reasons for students get absent from the classes. Some of them are students get boredom in
classes, may be not comfortable with style of learning, learning atmosphere is not good, personal
reason, etc. It depends on the nature of students and on conditions that they face during the
learning.
There are three types of attenders provided in the articles that are low attenders, medium
attenders and high attenders. Low attenders refers to the students that are very less attendance in
the school classes and having attendance rate below 60%. The reasons of very less attendance
may be personal, attitude of learners towards studies, learning style. Medium attenders are the
students who getting classes more than low attenders such as their percentage rate is 60-79%.
Where as high attenders rate is above 80%, they take classes more than average attenders.

There are many styles of learning that may be like by the students but it depends on their
nature (Bligh, 1972). It is not necessary that every student like one learning style. Some learning
styles are mentioned below:
Visual learning style: These type of learners are focused on visual images, diagrams,
pictures,etc. Teachers can use whiteboard for dealing with these type of students.
Auditory learning style: Learners who want to hear the subject matter from teacher's
sound then they can understand and satisfy. Teacher can ask questions between the
lectures so that they can resolve their problems.
Kinesthetic learning style: It is the type of learning in which students wants real
experience to understand the subject matter (Caldas, 1993). It can be deal by giving
some acts from book.
Reading/Writing learning style: They are more focused on writing the content of subject
matter that they learn.
Own preferred learning style
From the above explanation of styles, I preferred Kinesthetic learning styles is more
efficient to raise the number of attendees. Because it gives experience through which students get
not bored and getting more participation in the classes. Because from the article it is found two
important factors that are ‘Effort’ and ‘Preference for the present'. It can be fulfilled through
Kinesthetic learning style.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded that there are some weakness in my learning style which effects the
number of attendees. It give boredom to the students that's why they choose not to attend the
classes. It can be improve through choosing the right learning styles and intrinsic and extrinsic
motivations. From that students feel that something have interesting in the classes so they should
attend them. It helps to grow in career of students by giving experiences and learning theories. It
is very necessary because, students are the future so they should be learn and attend the classes.
It become beneficial for the individual, schools and nation that helps to grow their career and
success of country. It is also concluded that teacher should be get aware about the problems of
students so that they can solve them. It really helps to increase the rate of low attenders to shift
into medium or high attenders.
