1.1 Explanation of the key aims of education and training in own specialist area
The key aim of education and training in the marketing program specialist area is to make
students understand value and importance of marketing in business enterprises, defining the
importance of primary and secondary information in context to the marketing function of
business. This idea is also having the objective To make students aware above the three
important basis of market selection such as targeting, segmentation and positioning. This also
involves the aim of providing the brief information of product development strategy, marketing
mix, type of consumer behaviour and different mod of international trading.
1.2 Analysis of philosophy issues related to the education and training in own specialist area
In the specific area of marketing program education and training the major philosophy issues is
related to the information utilisation and retrieval. There are the various theories and
philosophies which make barriers for the marketing program and some terms and condition.
Such as confidentiality, which make barrier to the study and training of marketing program by
preventing the use of certain resources. All that is very important to have this philosophy issues
with Hindi marketing education program. Because this can help to prevent the ethical and legal
risk.

The key aim of HND in marketing is to develop the skills of students in both traditional and
digital marketing research. This qualification is having the aim of developing employability
skills in students. It is having aim to provide the best knowledge of consumer behaviour, sales
and management. The structure of this key qualification in the specific area of marketing is
involving, HNC marketing communications unit in 1st year. Then it further involves the different
units of marketing such as commercial law of marketing, integrated marketing, international

marketing etc. Once the course get completed career award of this program will prepare the
student for employment in marketing and business as a executive and manager.
2 .2 Describe the aim and structure of learning program
This marketing education program is structured to meet the student of secondary and post
secondary, prepare for the management of different task and function of business related to the
product and services flow. This learning program is having aim to providing all essential
knowledge to the students related to the marketing with in the selected time period of HND.
2.3 How the aims of education and teaching is met by own approach and preparation
In order to you achieve the aims of education and training as a teacher that is the responsibility to
develop effective approach and preparation, student learning through different range of
assessment and projects. My own approach is to give the student’s responsibility of group project
and assessment different units of the marketing research. This group project of marketing
research help to achieve the education and teaching objectives, by improving their problem
solving, communication, innovation, and research skills along with Improvement of knowledge
related to real and online market factors.

3.1 Analysis of the inclusiveness of own planning and preparation approach
As a teacher of marketing program that is important to have a best lesson plans, so in context to
that for the effective understanding and learning of student the lesson plan is well organised with
all important topic of study. That is involving intro of the marketing then marketing unit of
teaching along with assessment plan related to that. This lesson plan proceed weekly with
continuous changing topic of marketing unit along with the new assessment plan related to the
new topic.
3.2 Explain how own approach to the planning and preparation of a learning programme in own
specialist area used to manage key curriculum issues, including the role of new and emerging
technologies.
Marketing is the biggest unit of education which is involving the several subunits and it’s
continuously developing with the introduction of new marketing tools and techniques. So due to
this as a teacher the major problem is curriculum management issues by incorporating all new

Research, Effective Assessments, Learning At One's Own Pace, Fun Learning, Online Groups
Collaboration, social media analytics, Google analytics etc.

I have involved some effective tools and resources of teaching in my lesson plan related to the
specific area of teaching. Such as Digital Simulations, creative assessments, projectors for visual
understanding, online group collaboration and advanced research.

I am having the higher qualification of marketing along with the certification of marketing
training, which has added the experience of marketing in my teaching career. Due to the
experience of marketing training and education I can effectively teach the students about
different aspects of marketing and business. Along with this I am having the different skills of
teaching and marketing such as communication, leadership, creative and problem solving. All
this knowledge and skills add at the best experience of marketing which help me to effectively
educate the students and this marketing qualification program.
