professionalism of adult nursing involves accountability and delegation to provide proper care to

decision making with assess to sufficient information. It refers to self rule. It obliges
nurse to respect decision of patients as independent decision making right is provided to
them. According to this principle patients should be provided by required information
and nurse should not influence patients.
Beneficence: This principle is opposite to the above principle, according to it Nurses can
