conclude that nurses are greatly accountable to their clients, the public, employers and the
entire profession. Therefore, they should therefore observe all those standards set by the code
of ethics and also the standards set by the profession act. These issues are very vital in the
health industry and should be treated with a lot of care and caution. Nurses should avoid
ethical issues at all cost thus ensuring that their clients are out of any harm. The fundamental
roles of medical personnel is to promote health, prevent illness and extend the services
beyond an individual and reach the whole community.
