Nursing is an essential aspect of comprehensive healthcare. Suitable staffing influences

protecting, promoting, and optimizing health and prevent unwellness and injury by the diagnosis

and regulations that are basically called as nurse practice acts, which defines practice within the
compass of the community. These practice acts needs licensed professional nurses to analyse a
minimum requisite education and training and competence to analyse facility within the scope of
practice.
In the clinical practices, nurses are facing various issues which affects the transition
process into the role of a registered nurse, thus the responsibility of nurses within healthcare

the issue of work schedule, regular change in shift etc. These issues hampers the role of nurses
and affects their tasks or job role. Along with this nurses are also facing the issue of lack of
experienced mentors, thus in the field of clinical practices it is important for the nurses to get

information on social media.
To overcome the problem of ineffective decision-making, nurses working at clinics can
read books and magazines which are linked with care and safety of patients. This will allow
them to take and implement only those decisions which favours the health of their patients. Also,
main problem faced by nurses at registered clinics is lack of training and guidance from
experienced mentors. This is because mentors and doctors present at clinics are less in number
and their main aim is to check patients (Chargualaf, 2016). They do not prefer to train and guide
nurses. This denotes unethical working standards at workplace. To overcome this issue, nurses at
